I purchased my car back in October of 2021. I spent nearly 100k. Part of that amount was 1k service fee - this is to cover services provided by the dealer. I also paid something in vicinity of 1000 bucks for a plate transfer - an unheard-of amount for a very simple transaction. Four months later I still don't have my plates transferred. After 4 months!! Dealer can't give me any straight answer on when that is happening. I already paid bunch of money in fees because my temporary tags have expired twice and the third one is just about to! We can't use Ipas normally because of temporary tags that keep on expiring. Seller promised a full tank of gas and detailed wash at the time of purchase - car came dirty with no gas in it. We had a flat tire - just to discover that apparently half of the kit to change tire is missing (the car is Porsche certified!!) I have been writing emails to multiple managers regarding this for the past 3 months asking to resolve these issues. So far we got nothing resolved, some tracking numbers and unfulfilled promises. This is costing us a lot of time and stress. Definitely not an experience you want to run into when buying a luxury car - hunting down people, calling DMV, writing mile-long letters. We feel like if we spent even 10% more with a local Porsche dealer it would still be worth our time and money. The car is good though - no complains. But I wouldn't expect anything less for what was paid, hence 2 stars.Business response

We do not normally have missteps she has experienced. She and spoke on March 1st, 2022. We have ordered car jack that was missing and helping with $1000 dollar Good Will check for the aggravation. We are working on getting her new tag. This has been difficult based on our team sending wrong or incomplete paperwork. This has been corrected. Hopefully, she will have her tag very soon. We appreciate her understanding and looking forward to restoring her faith in our team.
