For the past year I have been getting ads from this company. They are addressed to an ****** ********. She was the previous owner of this address. She has been dead now for over 7 years. I tried calling the General Manager named Rich Gruber. He has an attitude problem. Basically told me nothing he can do. It is out of his hands. He hung up before I gave him the address of this housel! I called him back and gave him the address. He basically is not a helpful person. That reflects on him and his business. I want these mailings to stop already. The woman is DEAD. How many more years will I receive promos or ads on this individual? I am enclosing the last two laminated ads I received in her name.Business response

When we do mailers for our company we hire a third party to send them out ...they produce a list of possible customers to mail to,I went into our CRM to make sure this persons name address or phone number was not in any way part of our records...I also instructed the customer to contact the motor vehicle dept as that is how these companies get the names to send to.I am sorry they keep getting these mailings but they are not in our system.Customer response

I paid 14k cash on a car purchase January 30th. when i received the car the gas was filled to the rim..the first time i had to put gas in it is when the real truth about the car showed. Check engine light came on and I wasnt able and am still not able to put more than a couple bucks of gas in the tank. I brought this car 1.5 hrs ea way TWICE to the dealership to be told by the manager Richard G***** the first time it was the gas cap. Wrong because a new gas cap didnt change the fact you cant put gas in it. the second time I went they wrote me up a quote wanting to charge me the 2300 to fix it. I gave them my car warranty info which the dealership said the claim was rejected they only cover engine and tranny which is an out right lie the fuel tank is covered and Per Carchex the dealership never even submitted a claim? They knew they sold me a piece of crap the dept service manager Dennis W**** told me I should take it to an auction after giving them all my money. Instead of righting a wrong by either giving me my money back prorated or fixing the car they are just ignoring me. This is ludicrous how can they get away with this. Lemon Law or not they sold me a piece of crap wherein even the service mgr said auction it off!!!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/02) */ Sullivan Cadillac sold the 2008 Pontiac Solstice to Ms ********* after we had done a 32 point inspection and tried to make the car as nice as possible.After taking the car home to Ormond Beach she started to have problems with the gas tank not allowing here to fill the car up ...I asked her if she could bring it back to us here in Ocala so I would have our techs take a look at it and we would fix it .Unfortunately the bill to fix the car was several thousand dollars and because of the age of the car some things were either on back order or not available ...we would be happy to help with the cost to repair but we are unable to pay the full amount.The car was sold ASIS so there is no warranty on it ..
