The worst painting experience I have ever had. I had a laundry room re-drywalled painted after doing a mold remediation **** came over for the estimate and paint color and finish details. **** mudded the drywall that was installed by another person and told me he'd be back later that day. No word. Left me hanging there the rest of the day waiting for his return. I had a knock on my door from yet another person that was there to "give an estimate for the drywall". When I told him I already hired the people to do it, he left, but returned to let me know that he was giving them the estimated to spray the texture on the drywall. No call from **** letting me know that someone was coming to do this. The painters showed up, on time, but the finish was wrong. I had it in writing from **** that the finish would be satin. Instead, the painters used eggshell, not even noticing that the one wall they didn't have to paint was "shiny". I called and told them the wrong finish was used and the returned and painted over the job.....with the SAME WRONG finish. When I called to complain, **** messaged me and told me 'the finish was eggshell, DEAR.." He came over and I pointed out the difference between satin and eggshell and because I was a bit upset, he left. Walked out of the job and didn't want to finish the conversation. The painter returned and I checked the paint can before we even got started. This company was subcontracted through Family ******************************* and when I let them know of the problem, they tried to tell me it was because I didn't give them the name of the paint that was used to originally paint the room. Sorry, but paint brand and finish are not the same, and the paint was by the same manufacturer, *******************************. When it came time to paint the quarter round that had to be installed I told them I'd paint it myself....not worth the time to have it painted incorrectly. Would never recommend this company to anyone. MINUS 1 star
