On March 17, 2022, I paid to SQ Tala A********** Glamour 3D Brows the amount of $412.00 for a permanent eyeliner makeup on top and bottom of my eyes. The following day I contacted Tala by text, and I express my concern that I didn't see no eyeliner on the top of my eyes and that the eyeliner in my left eye was crooked, it looked/(looks) so awful, she stated that the eyes were swollen and that was the reason I couldn't see it. Few days later everything was the same I had no eyeliner on top of my eyes (which I paid for) and my right eye had faded eyeliner line and my left eye had a deep color crooked eyeliner. She stated I needed a second visit which it was not free I had to pay her more money to touch it up, which I made and appointment and then using my common sense I cancelled the appointment and requested my money back. Common sense tells you if she didn't do a good job in the beginning in my OPINION for inexperience/negligence etc. it is not going to work the second time and I will be wasting my time and money. When I asked for my money back Tala got defensive with me and started threatening with her attorney and has blocked me to any contact with her. Please note a have copy of all the texts conversation in regard to this trauma she has caused me. She refuses to refund my money which I need to pay to another reputable Permanent Make up business in order to try to correct the tattoo damage she did in my eyes. The crooked eyeliner will be very difficult to correct. I have sent her a text asking for the name of her attorney and the name of her liability insurance company, but I have not heard from her. I feel robbed and scammed by this business. I am requesting Full Refund of $412.00.
