Excellent choice for the service I needed! Miller and Sons were recommended to me by a neighbor who said they were the best and they were right! I've never had to call a plumber in the 24 years, I've been in my home. I called and left a message, and I was called back the same day and it was even after hours, which is unusual but was a welcomed surprise. I'd also called another company, who got back to me 3 days later. Miller and Sons offered to come out immediately or at another time that was convenient for me. The kept me informed of enroute times and he was running a little behind and they even called to advise. Daniel was the technician. He was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing and why. He didn't rush and I appreciated that he was thorough and confident that he'd identify the issue, and all would be fine. The pricing was fair and the customer service top notch. I'm glad that I've found a reputable plumber and will definitely recommend Miller & Sons. Daniel made an un-nerving experience, much more bearable. You'll definitely want to use them!

We worked with them for over 2 weeks trying to get our gas hot water tank working. It was still under warranty so Rheem was overnighting parts but we had to continually wait for Miller and Sons to come back to install them. After 1 week of no hot water, Rheem arranged for a new tank, on a Friday afternoon. Miller and Sons picked it up Monday morning and installed it. We called, still not working, they didn't come back until Thursday to check vent and work on gas regulator. We called, still not working, They sent **********, he found nothing but put a fan in the garage. A few hours later, it went out again. This was on a holiday weekend so they totally ignored us. We again contacted them and they said it must be the lack of air in the garage. We're in a very large community with hw tanks all in the garages. They suggested a tankless unit outside and were supposed to give us a quote. We never got the quote. We chose another company and had an electric tank installed. I would not recommend Miller and Sons because they were not responsive to our calls and we were basically left hanging waiting for them. We paid them over $800 and never got it fixed.
