Do not ever choose this company to put a pool in. From start to finish and then continuing on, we still are having issues with their work. From having glass tiles pop out in my pool all the time to having grout fall off as well, their product is just terrible. If you do not know how to put glass tiles in a pool, do your customers a favor and do not even offer it. Multiple times I have contacted this company concerning this issue and only one time they have come out and attempted to fix one area. The area that they attempted to fix, looks terrible. Not only that, I am now Just 4 years in from them putting my pool in and I actually have tiles falling into my pool. This is ridiculous! To spend as much money as I have spent on this pool and to have these sort of issues.. really not satisfied with this company.Review from Anthony P

Don’t ever hire this company! My neighbor is actually the customer but, they caused damage to my property and it took 4 months to get them to send someone out to fix the issues. And when they did “fix”it, it was done half-assed and not really fixed. I had to file a violation report with the EPA and get our HOA and the builder involved. My neighbor contacted them on several occasions and received ZERO responses. Horrible company!!Review from Ashley N

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Stellar company! Called and set up an appointment to have someone come out and give us an Estimate. Met with Henrietta which so happen to be Mrs. Yandle herself, amazing quote and drawing to go with it. After getting and going over the quote for us we decided to go ahead with the project. Process was as simple as could be, signed contract and the timeline was right on point that we were promised. I absolutely LOVE I mean LOVE our pool and pool area it has truly turned our back yard into the oasis that we have always wanted! Thanks again Yandle's 2 thumbs up in our book!Review from Mike S

Worst company ever... if you are planning on having your pool done. Please stay away from Yandles Splash time pools... my pool is over 6 months and is not even close to be done. They just take you around circles and it takes months for them to have an answer or a day for them to come out and do something.. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!over 6 months and pool not done, is being a nightmare dealing with this "company"

Mr. Sanchez's Project is at 24 weeks at this time. Our standard build time is currently 18 to 20 weeks. He neglected to mention the numerous set backs we have faced throughout his pool construction. He failed to mention that his pool shell was installed on June 18, the payment for the placement of the Pool Shell was due at that time. The payment was received on July 14th, three and a half weeks later. He also fails to mention that on July 10th, he started a refinance on his home and the mortgage company asked us to release his Notice of Commencement for the permit. When this occurs, we must automatically stop work until the refinance is complete. This took approximately four weeks' time. In addition, He neglects to mention that on September 27th (4 months into the project), he requested a special-order custom mosaic for his pool that had a 6-week production time. We must also factor in working in these challenging times with material shortages and delays, labor shortages, etc. He does not seem to be aware of what's going on in the world right now. All that is remaining to be completed is the installation of the interior coating and filling with water. Nevertheless, he will be completed within the next 10 days, assuming that he makes his appropriate payments as required by his contract.Customer Response

Ok I got my bank records and my house cam/video and audio recorded with dates and emails that i have pay on time and my refinance on my house only took 2 weeks after they stop work cause it was almost done(I start this process months before they begin work on pool) and I even told them the same day everything was done but It took them over a month to come back and do anything else on the pool. Let's see if this take 10 days to finish this pool!! (Pool deck is already crack on multiple sections, let's see if they do something about this before it gets worse) my request on "my special-order custom mosaic" I have an email from mosaic company that mosaic was deliver few days after order was made so I don't see why they have to take forever to finish this pool....☹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸
