  On Friday the 13th warrens Power washing was across the street pressure washing a house and ran out of water. The home had low water pressure so as my renter was leaving, they stopped and asked her if they could use the water. She stated no that she was just renting and that they should ask the neighbors on either side of the house they were working on because they were owners. The renter left and warrens pressure washing went to the home anyway and used the water. They not only used the water but left the water running from the hose when they were done. Many hours later, the renters brother came to the house and heard water running from inside the front bedroom. Upon investigation and video recording, he found that the water was running from the hose on the side of the hose at approximately a rate of 1100 gallons per hour. I went to the house on Tuesday the 17th to do my normal yard maintenance and that is when the renter approached me outside and showed me the pictures, videos, and explained what happened. I called warrens and talked with the office and Jason W***** himself. His initial answer was that they had permission and then changed from that. Permission or not they left the water running and I pay for that water. I found out from Marion landing that 10,000 gallons of water has been used since the meter was read on September 29th and discussed this via text with Mr w****** He said he would pay via ***** and hasn’t. Rather than keep texting, I am notifying the BBB because my thoughts are it was trespassing and theft. What company in their right mind would charge for a service to another residence and feel good about using someone else’s water that the individual has to pay for to perform the service for someone else. I let Mr W***** know that my estimate was that they used and wasted 8 of the 10 thousand gallons and that Marion landing charges $3.75 per thousand gallons (30 dollars).

  I had no idea he contacted you. The situation was resolved. I sent him 30 which what he requested for use of the water. That was done a few days after he contacted me.
