Dear Sir or Madam, I need to report/some help with a situation. I placed an order for some motorcycle patches with a business in your community named Patch Super Store located at 6160 SW SR 200 Ste 110, Ocala, FL. 34476, 866 577 2824. If this is not the correct office please forward this correspondence to them or please provide me with the correct office. The situation is I ordered motorcycle patches from them during the last week of June 2021 over the telephone. The receptionist Cynthia took the information over the phone and place the order. She said it takes 3-4 weeks to get the patches made. She sent me a proof and I did give them the okay to start making the patches however I missed that SHE spelled motorcycle wrong. She spelled it motercycle. A friend of mine saw the proof a few days later and brought it to my attention. I called he company since they said it will be a few weeks before the patches were to be made so that I can get them to correct the spelling. Cynthia said theBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/14) */ Per the Terms and Conditions agreed to with each order. Clients are responsible to check the digital proof for spelling and accuracy of the design. Once the client approves the design they agree that is is true and correct including but not limited to colors, and spelling. The order was approved and placed on 6/28 and on 7/7 the client stated they had been a misspelling. Once we checked with production they had already been produced and ready to be shipped. Sales rep spoke with client and let them know it has already been made and would require another order. The company is in the process of remaking this order for the customer with corrected artwork. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/07/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Dear Sir or Madam, I said no to the businesses relief only because in this response to remaking my order they do not say whether or not there is an additional charge. If there is NO additional charge then YES I accept the patches with the correct spelling. When I talked to the manager over the phone before contacting your office he said that I had to pay them an additional $150.00 plus dollars to make the correction on top of the $251.00 that I have already paid. If there is no additional out of pocket expense on my part then yes I accept the patches with the correct spelling.
