              Mr. Joe ***** puts people in contract for an adjustable deed agreement for properties that have liens on the titles due to city code violations in Ocala. He has many properties under violations and he owes the city a whole lot of money. I have paid over $3000 to get the liens removed to sell the property and I have still not been able to solve the issue due to Joe's irresponsibility.

              Unfortunately for me to say, the information provided is correct. I have been dealing with the city of Ocala and Marion County to try and resolve the issues with the liens connection to the title of the property I'm on contract with and other properties that are managed by this business. I tried resolving the issue with the property manager and have been unsuccessful. I have documentation of such liens because it is public record. I tried explaining everything and to Mr. ***** but he refused to listen or help and even had me escorted out of his office and trespassed from the premises. I can provide the information I received directly from the city of Ocala.
