The crew was super, Owner ***** Chuchian is a liar! For over 2 years he has lied about replacing & putting up a very small window box. He even Text a completed photo of it saying he would deliver it the next day on March 22nd 2022. ***** has never done it! As of this moment he hasn't even returned any messages for 2024. I have all of the Text threads. ***** is a Charlatan! A Wolf in Sheep's clothing. My great-grandfather always said never to trust a liar. ***** wasn't the cheapest by any means but he promised an earlier start date & I was desperate because everyone was scrambling after my 18-year St. ****** ******************** went bankrupt 2 years ago. I met him at the bank & paid him Cash! Of course his original dates promised to be here didn't happen. I heard ********************* at my house on the side with the crew boss going over how to cut corners on the higher grade materials I paid for with lower grade. ***** is a real ************************************ & dealer who loves to brag about how many roofs his out-of-country crews are doing every ********* $$$ but he is Not a quality person. Poor crew Works harder than any American Slaves could ever work! These kind of Abusive guys are driven with inequality inside, they must invent all of these other *************** scams to make-up for that inequality. EVERYONE he recommended to do other work was extremely deficient. The "electrical guy" wasn't even licensed! He threatened me, just saw me as a big payday apparently ***** told him. That loser cussed at me disgustingly to extort Money, but this one didn't succeed. I was so appalled I notified ***** who didn't seem surprised. Later I realized he knew all about it that's how those guys operate! These kind of Abusive men run in those circles. Like telling me I should be paying $600+ to have a hot water heater installed. Again liars & thieves all go together as my great-grandfather would say! So if you want anyone with honesty & real follow-thru ***** Chuchian is NOT your man!

**** *****, I apologize about the confusion. I was HIRED to do your roof and that came out perfect and passed all inspections. You paid what was due and was an easy transaction. I apologize about the window boxes. it is 100% my fault for not building you new window boxes and would like to build you new ones if you are interested. You have my same phone number. I even paid 2 different handymen to build them and they still never got it done. Regarding the electric referral and plumbing referral, they are still licensed and doing business in ****** *** I can't believe they didn't do as expected and I will never recommend them in the future. We do roofs and stick to that mainly. *****

So pleased with hiring Chris to have our roof replaced. The crew did a wonderful job, were hard workers and very polite guys! Chris was very attentive and made sure things were ok! He has done many roofs in Rainbow Springs in Dunnellon FL. It is great to see in this day and age to have responsible people!

I recommend this roofer very highly they showed up before they were supposed to have the work done in one day cleaned up their mess and the owner of the company came and checked to make sure everything was done and that we were happy with the job which we were very happy with the job we priced five different roofers he wasn't the most pricey us or the least priciest but he had a fair price

Working with Chris on getting my roof done was a smooth, quick and worry free experience for me and my family. I have worked in construction and was worried about getting my roof done. I have seen and heard some horror stories. Once called, Chris got the estimate back to me in a timely manner, I needed financing and Chris helped me to apply for it quickly and it was obtained. Work was Held up only because I came down with Covid, and the Flu. Once I was up and running, work was scheduled, crew showed up earlier than planned, work was done in 1 day as I was told it would be, roof was installed with all needed underlayment replaced, finished roof looks fabulous. Clean up was done as they worked, totally cleaned up when they were done, no nails, shingles or paper left in yard. Trailer was removed with all debris as soon as they were done with the job. Chris and his crew were very professional, easy to work with, and did a GREAT job. I am very happy with having used Chuchian Construction for my needs, would definitely use them again for any construction needs and will be referring them to anyone that asks.

I had a roof done this past year and Chuchian was the best price for our metal roof he was very thorough got the job done in a timely manner without any inconvenience. Any issues that came up he resolved quickly to our satisfaction. With that being said I referred him to my parents and many family friends who also went with him to get their roof done. I will continue to refer him and I would continue to go ahead and utilize him for any and all of my needs in the future.

Chris and his crew were amazing. We were in a time crunch due to the closing of our home and they came through for us! The crew was very professional and hardworking, only took a short lunch break. Clean up was very through and then Chris checked all the ground again with his magnet thingy again (lol) when he came back the next day for his inspection. We couldn't be more pleased with our roof and our experience. We highly recommend this company!!
