    Purchased Kenmore refrigerator in September of 2021. Refrigerator was delivered after 3 week wait. Upon deliver a glass shelf was broken. Ken at Mr Appliance agreed to replace broken shelf. After a month of waiting a new shelf was given to me by Ken. I took it home and the shelf was the wrong size. I immediately returned the shelf to Ken. He told me he would order new shelf. I waited over 45 days and made several calls to Ken. 2 weeks ago I had a shelf made for 26.00 and installed it. I then called Mr Appliance and asked for reimbursement of 26.00. The woman on the phone said she would not reimburse me. When I asked why, she told me she would not argue about it and hung up.

    Mr. Appliance of Marion County service tech came out for my clothes dryer. Ordered part and said it would be delivered in three days. He had me sign a hand held and said that was proof he had been there. (I was later told by office it was a contract.) He charged me $388. The office called me a couple of days later and told me that tech had walked out without notice and had not ordered enough parts and that there would be a delay. Then the next tech came and installed parts and said it was fixed. It was not. He came back the next day and again said it was fixed. It was not. I called the office the next day and said I wanted to cancel and wanted a full refund. When after four work days I had not received a credit on my credit card I called my credit card company. They informed me a partial refund was being processed. I called the office and was told I was still responsible for $119 for the service charge which I had signed up for. (The first day's signature) When I told them I would stop payment on the balance they said they said if I did they would file a mechanics lean on my house if I did. Why should they get anything for not fixing my machine? Very shady company!
