Purchased Kenmore refrigerator in September of 2021. Refrigerator was delivered after 3 week wait. Upon deliver a glass shelf was broken. Ken at Mr Appliance agreed to replace broken shelf. After a month of waiting a new shelf was given to me by Ken. I took it home and the shelf was the wrong size. I immediately returned the shelf to Ken. He told me he would order new shelf. I waited over 45 days and made several calls to Ken. 2 weeks ago I had a shelf made for 26.00 and installed it. I then called Mr Appliance and asked for reimbursement of 26.00. The woman on the phone said she would not reimburse me. When I asked why, she told me she would not argue about it and hung up.
