We were not able to locate your name as a customer in our system, but think we may have found the account you are referencing. This account started at $229 per month and is currently paying $263.99 per month. This change in rate equates to about a 7.5% annual increase - which is less than the current level of annual inflation and less than recent increases in property taxes, insurance, and other expenses at many of our locations. As you mentioned, we have upgraded keypads and added or replaced security cameras at many of our sites. We attempt continuous investment to enhance the level of customer service we can provide, but as a responsible business, we do take expense increases into consideration when contemplating rent increases.
Finally, we recently voided an additional increase for this account. We appreciate existing customer business and value your continued tenancy.
