      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the purchase of a 2016 ***** Impala from OK Carz located at ***************************************************** fl ***** on July 27, 2024. I paid $3,000 as a down payment, with the expectation of receiving a reliable vehicle as promised by the business.Unfortunately, within two weeks of the purchase, the vehicle started experiencing significant issues due to what appears to be an internal shorting. This problem has rendered multiple essential functions of the car inoperative, including the A/C, radio, blinkers, horn, anti-theft system, and the check engine light is now on. As a result, I am currently without a functioning vehicle.I have contacted the business multiple times and have specifically asked to speak with ****, but every time I call, I am unable to get any answers or resolution. The vehicle is now at *************************** located at *************************************************************************Given that I have not even had the vehicle for a month and have already invested a substantial amount of money, I believe these issues should not be occurring, and I should not be left without any answers. This situation has become a nightmare, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.I request that the BBB intervenes to help me receive the proper response and resolution from the business. I look forward to your assistance in this distressing situation.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention: We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns: I am showing that you filed a claim Filed a claim on 8/13/2024 and it was approved 8/15/2024 we covered the cost of the repairs and have order the radio. You have agreed to bring the car back in when the parts arrive next week. 
      It is my understanding that you happy with the outcome. If not, please let me know.

      I am rejecting this response because: Apparently the wrong radio was ordered. So I now have to go another week without a working vehicle. And once the right parts come in son ride states they will need the vehicle for a few days This has been such a devastating experience for me.

      Thank you for addressing my concerns and for covering the repair costs. However, I need to inform you that the wrong radio was purchased, which means I will be without a reliable vehicle for another week.
      As a parent of four small children, this situation has been extremely difficult. The afternoon heat has been unbearable for them, and I have had to pay for rides just to manage their school commutes. This has placed a significant financial and emotional burden on me.
      I worked very hard to save up for this vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed that these issues have persisted. I kindly request that two of my payments be pushed to the end of my loan term due to the considerable inconvenience caused.
      I hope you understand the gravity of my situation and can assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

      Our warranty department spoke with ************ today and offered to trade her out the car. She would like to wait for the radio to come in. She is aware that it will take a week to get in and a day or two for the install.

      To whom it may concern I am filing a complaint on Okcarz right here in Ocala Florida I purchased a car back in the middle of March put down about maybe $2500. My first payment was due which I was going to be late because of how my pay ended I got an extension on the payment until that Tuesday I got off work late. I did let them know that if I dont pay it on that Tuesday that I would pay that Wednesday morning when I woke up, the car was gone, I called the financing company. They said that they did not know why they picked up the car. I asked them was because of the payment. One of the representatives told me yes but I dont see how they would come pick up a car after having for one month and only maybe 34 days late on the payment which I did communicate with them about they took the car I offered to pay two payments ahead. They refused the money and told me to come back and refinance a new car I told them no they also offered for me to pay the full balance off of the ******* ELANTRA that I put money down , I just dont see how they could do something like this. Take my heart earn money and take the car and refuse to take two car payments. Dont this has happened to me before with the same company with a different name in the same building. they were once call USA , please take in consideration. I would like to get my money back from them. I only had the car for one month and they took it refused. My money would not give me back the car. I also got the windows tinted on the car.

      I am seeking help to receive my money back from OK CARZ. They scam me out of my money. I put down money on a car. I had the car for only one month and then they came and picked it up and told me that they wanted me to either pay it off or refinance with them no explanation. Why the car was taken

THE FIRST PAYMENT WAS DUE ON 3/22 YOU CALLED IN AND SAID YOUR DEPOSIT WOULD NOT BE UNTIL LATER THAT NIGHT OR IN THE MORNING, WE ATTEMPTED TO RUN THE PAYMENT AGAIN ON 3/25 AND 3/26 IT WAS STILL DECLINED. WE LEFT MESSAGES AND EMAILED YOU WITHOUT A RETURN CALL BACK. ON 3/27 YOU CONTACTED US AND MADE PAYMENT. WE EXPLAINED AT THAT TIME YOUR *** WAS GOING OUT FOR REPOSSESSION AND THE IMPORTANCE OF ON TIME PAYMENTS AND COMMUNICATING.

      WHEN YOUR 2ND PICK UP PAYMENT WAS DUE YOUR ***D AGAIN DECLINED. WE MADE CONTACT WITH YOU ON 4/5 AND YOU STATED YOU DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY. WE STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING THE PAYMENTS.  ON 4/12 WE PLACED YOUR ACCOUNT OUT FOR REPOSSESSION. YOU DID NOT CALL US UNTIL 4/16 WHEN YOUR *** WAS REPOSSESSED. AT THIS TIME WE ARE REQUIRING BALANCE IN here...
