              I called a month ago for system maintenance because our solar panel hasn't been turning on for months after someone had already come out to "fix" it. I got a hold of the service department the first time surprisingly. He didn't even ask my name and thought I was a different customer he talked to previously. It was weird and confusing and very unprofessional. I was told I would be contacted to get some out to fix it again, but two weeks later didn't hear anything. I called the service department again and left a voicemail. Another week goes by, left another voicemail to the service department. A week later, tried the corporate line and left a voicemail and still no response. My 6 mo son has been breaking out in a skin rash I believe is due to our water becoming too hard because our water system hasn't been working for months now. I seriously am so disappointed with this company and wished we weren't fooled by our 4 hour sales pitch. I want nothing to do with them anymore and want a refund for this expensive useless system and customer service.

              No right to be in business. Total scam. Needs to be removed. Spent 4 hours with a man and almost bought the system. Glad I didn't. They promise $100 gift card. After my fiancé got through, the lady was so hostile I walked in my front door to hear "Delores" screaming at him. The technician said when he came, they were the highest accredited water company on the BBB. He showed me a paper printed out with a 4.9 rating. Turns out they aren't even accredited. Eventually she said she would get a check in the mail tomorrow, they don't even have the gift cards they offer. This type of soliciting should be a legal because most importantly I am letting a stranger into my home, who now I know lied... So DELORES if you are reading this, pls call me bc you all make it impossible, literally, impossible to get in touch with. I can't believe this is legal. Scamming first time home owners and this is okay? I will be getting in touch with the governor and mayor and asking them to act. This is a scam, and they know it. Why would you spend your entire life working here, Delores? Do you enjoy lying to people? I'm so confused. GOVT PLEASE ACT!
