A Robert B**** stopped unannounced and indicated he was Elite Power Pros and would reduce our electric bill on the very next bill by 50 to 65 dollars for each bill!. my wife has a hearing disorder so the majority of his conversation was with me! He informed the attic and hot water heater would be blanketed saving nearly 50% off every months electric bill! He requested my husband sign many documents ensuring lots of savings and a $10,000 dollar value increase to the home when sold! Prior to leaving he said I need to see your furnace! He proceeded to borrow our ladder and said he was vacuuming dust from it! After he left we received an email that we would be billed each month for the attic and hot water blanketing! We decided to immediately call and cancel the deal, thanked him for his time and thought that would be the end of it! He said I recorded you agreeing to this earlier and we again said thank you but we want to cancel! He said to cancel we will need to pay them for the 60second vacumning that we weren't even aware cost anything! $299 charge required to cancel! We feel mislead, disappointed and think $299 is ridiculous! Needless to say our conversation became heated and Robert firmly indicated we agreed and paying was required to cancel!Business response

When we were at your house you guys indicated you wanted a radiant barrier package installed and as a part of that package you were getting it included your air conditioning lines being sanitized. Later on you canceled the deal and we respected your decision but While we were there we cleaned and sanitized your a.c. and duct lines so we asked to be compensated for the work we did that day. If you feel mislead in some way I'm sorry but we never had the opportunity to complete the job so you could start saving on your power bill.
