Filed a complaint with hospital in October 2021, Carrie W***** from Orlando health called back took information, i had email complaint to hospital about the service we received and inconsistent practice of their cardiologist dept. Carrie sent over some forms for us to fill out and we sent them back to her and didn't hear anything from the hospital again until 1/2022 when they sent us a new bill for $3,715.46. I never heard back from Ms. W***** on the outcome of the dispute again. I did call her in February or March and left a voice mail with no response. Now they're billing $4,048.90. The issue is my wife went to the emergency room on 8/6/21 with pressure in the heart area, they brought her in ran some tests, then decided to send her upstairs to a room, the associate female cardiologist went to see her, they talked and then the female cardiologist asked my wife while she was starring at her lips, the associate doctor had a mask on, my wife was looking in her eyes to see what she had to say medically. The associate doctor then came over to me and said the male doctors always poke fun at her. No idea what this had to do with my wife's health? Hours later they took her downstairs to do a stress test, the male doctor was very rude and told my wife she must have eating too much rice and nothing wrong with her. The stress test only lasted a few minutes, which i know they're suppose to get your heart rate up to 139 beats for full assessment. . They then put her back in the room with no one knowing when she could leave and no one came to talk to her about it. ISSUE: We still don't have 1 piece of paper from the hospital about the results of the examination or cardiologist report on the stress test and conversation. We don't even have a piece of paper showing she was ever at the hospital. My wife left about 9-10pm that night told nurse she was leaving and never stayed the night. We want documentation of results. I received services from ************** at their Health Central location in Ocoee, FL in October and November of 2020. I received a bill for the amount of $402.70 in February, which I paid a month later. In May I received a bill from a collections agency on behalf of ************** in the amount of $267.18 which matched the amount of one of the services on my original bill. I contacted ************** to rectify the problem, and I stopped receiving bills from the collection agency, and instead ************** started sending me a bill for the same amount. I have attached my original bill and one of the many bills sent after the collections agency to show that the original bill has the exact same charge on it, which I already paid per the receipt I included. I emailed these same documents to ************** more than once, and I also sent them via certified mail with a letter explaining what I just described. After not receiving any more bills from **************, I thought the issue was resolved, however today I received the bill again from a different collections agency. I need this issue resolved before it negatively impacts my credit.Business response

As I have looked into this customer's account her balance is 0 and she should not be receive any calls from a collection agency. I have attached a letter in regards to my actions as well as an email sent to this customer. If the patient is still receiving calls, I have offered to contact the agency. Thank you for assistance.
