  My 3 year old son suffered some very strong brain seizures. Because of the seizures his brain wakes up when he is sleeping. My son suffers from some disorders like Egg, ADHD, no focusing taking strong medicine to help. he needs double effort to study .Sylvian Tutor said that the school is prepared with a delicate health situation like my son and that at the end of the course his grade would increase fast .I have to pay 7 thousand dollars in advance without my son having used the service. They made me pay the teachers in advance for the entire course. My son during this course didn't do the lessons because they don't have enough teachers to help the number of students. The lessons that my son did alone they explained wrong and came back to do it again. I have messages exchanged with the owner of Sylvian Tutor about the wrong lessons that these teachers were doing with my son, he said he would solve it and nothing was done. Some days no tutor because they didn't have teachers to help and the entire advance payment .Orange County State said that this Sylvian program is not for my son disability.This . Sylvian promised something that my son's health can't handle. Orange County School approved a special in-school program 504 for children with disabilities. Sylvian that his system was not for kids disabled like my son's health condition and they keep making me pay for classes my son didn't take. My son was not supposed to be doing this Sylvian School .

  Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/06/24) */ Ms ***** had enrolled her son and her high school daughter at the program. She bought a promotional package of hours and used for both of them. Her son had a very good improvement after most of the hours done and she got a copy of the progress results. What she is saying does not make any sense at all. He was being assisted for certified teachers and they were doing a great job with them. Her daughter had a huge improvement and passed her school year. We have not to refund to her and they are done and disenrolled in our Center. My daughter did not buy any promotional packages. My son is doing summer school and will have to repeat grade 3. All his school grades are mostly F as I proved with the *********** Elementary School report. They are charging for classes that my son didn't even take, because in addition to not having enough teachers, they will promise to have a private teacher. The lessons my son brought home were incomplete and wrong, as my son was left alone and no one helped him. I have exchanges of messages with the owner of this school on my phone saying that the lessons were all wrong and homework sheets not done. My 2 kids are doing summer school. My children's school grades haven't improved like this person is talking about. This information that my children increased their grades I think the owner of this school must not be talking about my children because the school's grades I have to prove that everything he said that my son would be all high was not true. I want my money back because I was deceived by the advertising and the package of promises. My 2 children are doing summer school because of the bad grades. I have all the grades since I started taking classes at this place to help with the school and it never got better I can prove it.Because my son situation the school helping my son with a special program because his health condontion .

  I paid tutoring classes in advance for my daughter, whom at the time was in 7th grade all the way to 12 grade. She attended sylvan from november 2020 to may 2021. After that i could not make appointments anymore because they would never return my call. meanwhile, at the time she was assisting the center I saw no improvement. Had a couple of meetings to discuss my daughter progress because she was falling even more behind while going to sylvan. Summer came and she did not go to the center not even one class. returning to class in August 2021 tried to schedule and was never able to. At this point I requested a refund for the money i paid in advance and was denied and the owner William hung up on me twice. Now I go to the bank and I dispute the charges and the center presented a forged statement saying my daughter attended clases she never did. I am reporting this center and his owner for stealing my money and denied me a refund. Now I just called him again and he hung up the phone again. The invoice attached shows that my daughter attended his center from may 2021 through to october 2021 and she never attended not even once during those dates

  Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/03/25) */ She is lying and she got her due refund of $2000. She is spreading difamation on the social medias and our attorney is taking care of that. This gentleman forged invoices saying my daughter saying she attended his center on certain dates and I have proof that she did not. I have the invoices he sent to the bank and I have proof that my daughter did not attend his center on all the dates he claims. I want my $1750 remaining for the refund
