On 7/11/23 we took our cat to all4petshospital Upon checking in our cat, the receptionists named Devin and Vinicius M***** took our cat to the back to prepare for treatment, after waiting for 3 long hours. The Vet said that she cannot treat the cat without sedation as the vet was afraid to touch our cat as she was growling and hissing,my question is how the Vet can give sedation if she’s that afraid of our cat? They showed us a treatment plan with sedation but did not explain that the cat could die from this, and we were never told of the risk of sedation.No copy of the plan was given to us. we received a call that upon sedation the cat collapsed, they said that the cat was unresponsive and that they were not going to continue, no explanation/diagnosis was given.The next day 7/12/23 we visited them to see if they could tell us what happened, the receptionist told us the vets who worked on our cat were not there so no one could explain what happened. Devin and I discussed why we deserve a refund as our cat was not treated properly, Devin said that we would get a refund and that the medical director would call us, after following up with them on 7/13/23 about the situation and As current day no one has called us about our cat and we have not received any compensation we don’t know what they did with the body. My wife called also and asked what is the estimated time for the medical director to call us, instead of us keep calling them and they cant give us any answer. And as of this writing no communication from them has happened, we deserve to know what happened as we have another cat at home. We demand a full refund of the total amount of 1,912.00 and a full explanation of what happened step by step we believe that they gave the cat too much sedation causing her death they never explained the risk of sedation and that the cat could die from this. if they told us this, we would not have continued the operation
