            Company came out to service washing machine. Technician performed inspection and quoted a price for service and part. Paid half, $185, upfront. It took them 2-4 weeks to inform me that they finally had the part. Spent another week attempting to schedule service and getting the runaround. Finally requested a refund and they agreed. That was a month ago and despite several phone conversations, the money has yet to show up. Nor is the washing machine fixed

            This is a scam. Tech is not licensed and knows little to nothing about repairs. Alex is from Ukraine and has a language barrier (perceived) but when put on notice about the issues we had with his service, he could understand and talked much better. Save yourself the time and money and go with someone who is more reputable.
