I hired woodworks to complete 3 bathrooms and a kitchen remodel which began 11/17/22. They completed most of the work by October 1st 2023. I sent a punch list email of the things needing finished on October 4th, 2023. As of today, 5/29/24 we are still waiting for 2 cabinet doors to go above the refrigerator and the trim that goes above the fridge. *** said she placed an order for those items on October 4th. We have followed up to these 2 items with several emails, texts, and calls. Since they got the final check they no longer care about finishing the job. They are not answering emails text or messages at all. I shouldnt have give them the final check, but I felt like we worked well together for over a year on this project and I believed they would follow thru with their end of the contract. I paid over $120,000 for this project all to be derailed by 2 simple cabinet doors and a piece of trim. What a disappointment this company turned out to be. I feel taken advantage of. All I need is the cabinet doors and trim installed as per the contract.

Hi,
I offered to install the add on trim without cost before the door comes in, Client's decide to do at once,the door came in damaged from the shipment, I can't control that, I have called for another replacementCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:you havent replied to our emails or messages for for months, but you reply to BBB within minutes?!
your response is a lie. You told us the trim was included and should have been done by your guys when you toured the house. You have known about the cabinet doors since the installation of the cabinets back in march of 2023. Its been over a year to re order 2 cabinet doors? Ill be satisfied when the cabinets and trim are installed as per the contract.

due to wrong information from installar related to the door. There are no doors needed,everything has been adjusted and installed.
