    I ordered some grass seeds from Dibbs Farms via ******* on 4/25/2024 with an initial delivery date of 5/9/2024. On or about 4/29/2024, I received an email stating an early delivery of 5/2/2024; however, the item never arrived -- stuck in limbo on 4/25/2024 in ******, ** - preshipment stage as of this date 5/11/2024. Contacted Dibbs Farms via email on 5/6/2024 inquiring about package and received back the following response: **************** *************************** 6, 2024, 08:53 ADT Hello *******, Your package was shipped but your right i do not see an update. Let me get a replacement out to you today. Please let me know if that would be okay and I will put a Rush on it. Thank you Customer Support Representative Still waiting for item and just canceled the order with *******. What a disappointment and a waste of time.

    On April 22, 2024 I ordered Alpine WSG Insecticide 5x0.35 oz x2 and Gentrol IGR Concentrate x1 However, I only received one box of the Alpine WSG Insecticide with 2 0.35 oz packets. I have called several times and I have also left messages. I have also wrote a couple of reviews to no avail. I would appreciate it if they call me back and make it right you can reach me at ************.

    I ordered some ant bait on their website on Jun 28, 2023 I've ordered in the past with no issue.This time, I received confirmation email that my package shipped, but I've received nothing since then. When I click links on their website, you get always get a message that the website is undergoing maintenance. When you call the number on the website, no answer. The tracking number provided appears to be fake, as **** doesn't recognize it.

    I have ordered on 7/9/2023 Drive XLR8 and my credit card was charged. We are 5 days later and the item still has not shipped. There is no way to contact the seller or get reimbursed. No update.I would like the item to be shipped ASAP if possible or reimbursed if this is not possible.

    Ordered online with this company, website showed that the order was shipped but has gone nowhere. I have tried to contact them via email, phone, and ******** with no response. I have since put a hold on the charge and my CC company is reviewing the issue.

    Ordered a package from them last month in September and it still has not left the state of ***** where theyre located. I contacted the company to let them know that this was unacceptable and that I would be moving in 2 weeks and at this rate would not even live at this address by the time I received it, IF I ever did. The site I ordered from was a .ca website so I would never assume that it would take this long, let alone be stuck in the same state for two weeks. I was told they would be asking for the item to be returned to them and issued a refund only to then be told that I would not be receiving a refund unless the package was stuck or lost which at this point it IS. This is the definition of a package being stuck. All I want is my money refunded as I havent received the item.

    June 02, 2022 I received my order of Bahia grass seed from Seed Ranch. I placed my order through Walmart. I planted the seeds the same week. Water it taking care of it every day. About the third week I was concern the seeds would not germinate. I was told to wait, that will take six to seven weeks. I never heard anything like that before. I waited five weeks and there's no sign that these seeds are going to germinate. I asked for a refund of $38.77 to include shipping and taxes that they charged me for only one pound of Pensacola Bahia Raw seeds.
