Popa Construction was contracted and paid for a window installation in September 2020 on a new construction project. The windows and doors have given the homeowners issues with water intrusion and the contractor is not responding to request to fix the issue. The window manufacturer (JeldWen) did visit the site and provided a letter confirming that the installation was done incorrectly. The letter/report was provided to the Popa Construction who has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them by phone, text and email. We even reached to the Vendor (Home Depot) who recommended Popa Construction who was able to get a hold of him and asked him to please call and respond however they have not. The resolution would be the removal and correct re-installation of the problematic windows and doors.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/10/29) */ Business response taken verbally by BBB: I did meet with the customer to resolve the issue. We are not sure where the water intrusion is coming from but are working to find out.
