The owner came out to my project to make sure everything went well for me. Their project manager ***** was very nice and their electrician ***** was also one of my favorites. Their tile guy also did a good job with the tiny ***** tile that is in my bathroom. I am satisfied with my project. Timeline was as promised. The cabinets came on time and their office responds to email in a timely fashion.GC license and all of their paper check out as well v 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Addendum to previous poor rating by home owner- After posting my review about how unhappy we were with lack of quality, communication, and incompleteness of the job, the owner Tom P*** who was not aware of the quality of work completed contacted me and came out personally to my home to inspect. He gathered a new crew, walked them through what needed to be done in detail and they did phenomenal work. Tom P*** went out of his way to ensure we were in good standing and I could not be happier with what was done. We are now awaiting word on inspection and how to proceed with financing. Things happen, but thankfully he took the hit on the chin with grace and made certain we were happy with everything completed. We will certainly recommend him going forward now.

BEWARE!!! Awful. Just awful. We got new windows that they never completed. They neglected to do anything with the frame repairs surrounding the windows that was contracted, and they literally filled a huge over 3in deep gap with just caulking leaving our wooden frame that is already damaged open to the elements. They only replaced 3 out of the 4 windows we contracted them for. One of those windows has a broken lock, and another they ripped the screen putting it in. Manny promised they would be back to replace the window, and the screen, plus finish the job itself. They never did. We have proof that we have been calling, emailing, texting for MONTHS. It took them over 6 months to start from time we contracted them, then after the two repair guys came out, and didn’t finish the job that Popa Construction was contracted for, they stopped contacting us back. They are in breach of contract and we are reporting them to the county for “job abandonment” as well as other things. We have ring video surveillance all around the house, so we have plenty of proof that they were here. In fact, we have video surveillance of the same gentleman that did our front door by Popa Construction (they didn’t do a half bad job on that tbh which is why contracted them for the next job). I even attempted to contact Sandy who handles their customer service and dispatch for their jobs, and she wouldn’t call me back. I went as far as to request a new quote and she emailed me back like a new customer within the hour! Once she realized who I was, back to silence. They came out the week after Ian, and we have been seemingly blocked since! We never had an inspection, but that’s fine because we are ordering our own and I honestly know it will fail. But that’s more ammo for us I guess? Be careful who you contract with! They are also not endorsed by BBB and have an F rating and not so hot reviews in BBB. Lesson learned on our part for sure as young new home owners.
