I have been using Keepers of the green for about a year with no issues until this summer. My lawn started to die. I made several attempts to contact them before they called me back. I requested a manager to visit my property to diagnose and build a plan to resolve the issue. Someone did visit my property and walked about 5 minutes but never got back to me with a plan. Every time I try to contact them no one gets back to me. I finally fired them and requested a refund of the last 2 months. I feel if they're going to ignore the issues then they don't deserve my business. I feel Keepers of the Greens did not want to take responsibility for the problem.Business response

We did receive a message from our customer about issues with the condition of their lawn. We did respond to the customers request with three visits to the property. With different treatments applied two of the three visits to help with both diagnosing and providing remedies the underlying issue. With the third being an evaluation of progress towards recovery. The customer elected to have a new company take over the efforts of recovery in their lawn effective with cancellation of Keepers of the Green on 7/31/2024. We started the process to refund the customer their requested ammonut at the same time as cancellation. It has since been processed and is on its way to the customer.
We appreciate both the opportunity and patience of our costumers to resolve any issues that *** occur when receiving our service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, Keepers of the Green may have made visits and responded to my complaints, but I doubt it because they never communicated to me with the diagnoses or the remedy. This complaint could have been avoided by just communicating.
