      Oct 2020 charged shipping . After one monthe sent me to collections for 120 charge. Kept trying to charge my card for months. Called wobt privide info on your account or what the purchase is. Custoner service was awful and very unprofessional.

      I bought CBD online around Easter Time 2021. This product was $5.99 I thought. However apparently in the fine print they say I agreed to pay around $119/mth. I would have never agreed to that had I not been mislead. I am disabled. I've tried multiple times to cancel this. Even changed my credit card number. I won the dispute with the credit card company however these people have somehow acquired my new card number. I've called multiple times to cancel. I'm not paying 2 charges of $119 and change. I had even offered to send product back and was told it wasn't necessary. I'm tired of being harassed. This company even took 2 other people's credit card numbers that had previously purchased online with my computer and charged them. That is so illegal. They never consented to purchase anything from this company I just want to stop being harassed by them. I have a neurodegenerative disease and the stress and daily harassment of multiple pHone calls is not helping me. Please help..... Thanks, ****************

      Answered a free sample add. What I found out from the collection agency is when using your phone you have to click a desk top button to read the full disclosure that it was only free for 14 days then you owe 119.00 for each product. My credit card company shut my card down for potential fraud which caused me a lot of other problems. So now we have two credit reports on otherwise good credit. I really feel the "free sample" was misleading it sounded like if you didn't stop it you would then receive the next shipment. I never received any product other that the free one, I didn't even receive 2 samples so I shouldn't owe any money. When I tried to look the company up again I can't find the website. This was a very misleading add. They can have the product back as it doesn't work well anyway.

      November 22, 2021 10/12/2021 I ordered a sample product with shipping cost of $6.97. Item was delivered but I did NOT sign up for anything else. Never got any other calls or communications, or product from them, and now they are sending me to a collection agency for $119.97 (national medical administrators) that I never signed up for. The Advertisement never said anything abut any membership. Totally misleading information. I'm trying to be removed from collection agency, since I never signed up for anything, and not willing to pay money that I really don't owe

      Around August 11, I ordered a product from a company other than TRS Limited CBD Oil via Facebook ad link." They charged me $6.97 for CBD Oil and later the site flipped to charging me addional $6.97 for addional product name "CBD Booster which later I found it was part of promotion!" A few days later, on Aug 26th, I received email from my Credit Card company "Please confirm this purchase attempt", but all else wasn't legible and consider as unknow charge because I didn't subscribe for monthly or trail plan and even there was no info provide on the check out to agree on 14 days trial free. I never receive any email notification except the billing emails & letters. Then on September 1, I received a strange email from this same "Secure Bill" indicating that $119. 97 was declined, with no more information. Since October I am receiving a letter from a collection agency (National Medical Administrators) saying I owe TRS Limited $119.97. So, when explain its total wrong on the phone to the NMA agent Timothy. He told me you must pay this, I will get you 65% payment plan. I told him it's totally wrong I haven't received or provide any info if I am part of any subscription or trial. Because I was already angry and trying to understand what's going on, I haven't subscribed any services except that I make a mistake order their product once as they were offering me free product with delivery charge. But he didn't listen to me and keep saying you have to pay this. I call my Credit card company and open fraud dispute case. Because So on October 18, 2021 collection agency (National Medical Administrators) send me 2nd bill $159.97. so I decide to call the National Medical Administrators again and they told me now i must pay $239.97. Since you cancel the service. So, I say what really, I cancel the service. Since all both companies are just trying rip my money.       On or about September 10, 2021, I found an on-line testimonial from a well known public figure, Mark L., promoting Life CBD Essential Oil with a link to for an introductory offer to purchase for $6.97. When I went to purchase the product, I was not able to complete the transaction without also purchasing a companion product, CBD Boost for $6.97. I never received the products. When I noticed two charges on my VISA statement for $6.97 on September 10 from "Deafore Raptorset" I realized this promotion was likely a scam. I should have called the credit card company to raise a dispute but the transaction slipped my mind until today when I received a collections letter from National Medical Administrators requesting an additional payment of $119.97 for each of the products referenced above. I am asking the Better Business Bureau to remove these debt obligations from my credit record as fraudulent activity. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ******* ******
