      On June 14, 2023, I noticed that $77.00 had been taken out of my account without permission. I was offered something free, I don't remember exactly what the item was. However, when I accessed the site it was a site for a Keto diet. I have no idea what Keto. So, I would not have ordered something that I don't know anything about. The add stressed all I needed to pay was shipping. I finally got someone on the phone on June 20th, 2023. I was told that the would returned to my account in 5 to 7 business days. Well, It has been well over time. Every time I called I would get a different date. My account was redone and it pushed the date out further.I have been promised a refund since June 20th, 2023 and have not received any refund as of yet.I have been promised a refund every single time I called. I have not received nothing.the company pretended to refund to no avail.Order #***************

      Order dates and invoice numbers of product received from Keto:8/12/22 - $199.88 ********** 8/12/22 - $199.88 ********** 9/11/22 - $199.88 ********** Total amount of refund needed after their restocking fee: $155.13 $62.05 $155.13 Total $372.31 One of the August orders was billed on my husband's credit card, name ******, other 2 orders on my credit card. 5 bottles of KetoF1 received on each order. 12 bottles were returned in the same box and received by Keto on October 27, I have proof of return with their RMA#s. A credit for items started to go thru at my bank but Keto refund money not released from their side. Keto said there was a banking problem glitch in their system and they would cut a check. Never came. Have called them many times and have emails saying a check will be sent, even an email check, but no check ever comes. **************** never calls back. The finance billing area you can't talk directly to. They have had the product back for 4 1/2 months. Where is my refund?

      They took $259.44 off my debit card and product was $29-$54 when I noticed what they done I Immediately called them and canceled my order. They issued a cancellation number within 18 hours and told m,e I had to wait for ***** fargo to finish the dispute process before I could get my money back. After I cancelled, they still sent the product. I shipped the product right back the same day and have shipping and a receipt to prove it. Do you know the bank is saying they will not give my money back after they lied about the cancellation and got their product back . Do the right thing. You have defrauded many people.

      Hello. Additional time will be required. information I have is calls made that I can only provide you dates for. I also have the email they sent that talks about the shipping of the product. I have a letter sent to them that they did not respond to. I have an email sent and they just sent an email back to me saying the same thing. Last time I called, the rep talked briefly, said no refund, and hung the phone up in my face  This will not be able to be sent in 5 days. I can gather what I have and maybe do a written timeline and then submit and attach what I have. I have copies of receipt of return of product.

      They took $200 off my debit card and product was $29 when I noticed what they done I Immediately called them and canceled my order, I never received refund because their first excuse was they couldn't give a refund without getting a product back I told them how did I get a product when I canceled it the same day, then it went to telling me they issued a refund that it was my bank so I called the bank and made a dispute but the bank wouldn't give my money back either I talked to this so called company over and over and never got anything solved it was the keto in ********** not ******* I just noticed that on the bottom but won't let me change it You can't hardly read but that's the kind of receipt that he sent Saying he refunded my money

      I purchased Keto pills from tv. The price quoted was not what I was charged. Sent back pills and requested refund. Since May have gotten run-around about my refund. First it was I needed $20 dollars in my checking account, then it was we will mail you a check, then it wa send card info we will deposit on card, finally a week ago it was I needed $50 in my checking account.       LEAN TIME 866-490-3693 866-4903693, FL...this is what came on my bank app this morning, the company pulled out another 130$. When I purchased the "keto" pills I had got 5 bottles...and they charged me almost 300$ for 5 bottles and 2 detox, I would like to understand why they pulled out more money.

      Purchased Keto BHB Diet Pill and the Clean and Detox and both products were purchased on July 29th, 2021 The distributor is USLIM. The purchase price for each bottle was $6.95 each. Then on August 16th, 2021, my credit card gets charged an additional $94.90 for each bottle to total $199.80. I called the number the bank gave me of 855-569-8981, and 855-569-8841 to get my card credited. I spoke with Jason first, and he refused to give me a refund for the two payments of $94.90 made to my card, but tried to negotiate me down to a refund of $56.00.? A real Marketing Scam. Jason said I was suppose to call within 14 days of receiving the merchandise to stop the Shipping and Handling charges for $94.90 for each bottle. He even told me I could not cancel the the future payments, because I was suppose to cancel within the 14 days. He claimed I signed a agreement over the internet, which I did not. Who would pay $199.80 shipping and handling for two small bottles of diet medication? No one.
