When reviewing an article online, my credit card info was automatically imputed and I was charged a subscription to an online ehealth ebook. This occurred twice on Dec. 24, 2022, twice on November 19, 2022 and once on Dec. 2, 2022. I relalized this on Jan. 5, 2023. The charge was $40.99 each time. I contacted the company on Jan. 5, 2023 and they agreed to refund all five of these charges at $40.99 each. They also agreed to cancel the subscriptions. I received one refund of $40.99 on Jan. 5, 2023. I did not receive the other four refunds as promised. When I called the company back they said that on their end they see that I was refunded. But, I do not see any of the four refunds they tell me they have already completed. They gave me transaction id #s and told me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they agree that only one of the $40.99 charges has been refunded on Jan. 5, **************************************************** #'s the company gave me to look up any of the others. transaction id #s: **********, **********, *********, **********, ********** The number I used to reach the company was ************
