  12/18/2024 The Truck Shop towed two trucks for me from **************************************************************** One of the trucks was dropped and left in the middle of the road blocking off two of the neighboring homes that called me complaining. So I had to call them to go move the truck out of the middle of the road. Once i returned from working out of town I inspected my trucks to find they had busted out the drivers window and busted up the ignition. I was on site and locked the drivers door on 12/16/2023. i HAD LEFT THE PASSENGER DOOR UNLOCKED FOR THE *** ACCESS THE TRUCK bUT i GUESS BUSTING OUT THE DRIVERS WINDOW WAS EASIER? oR POSSIBLY A TREE BRASNCH BUSTED WHEN TOWING IT? i DONT KNOW BUT THAT STILL DOES NOT EXPLAIN THE DAMAGHE TO THEIGNITION. YES THIS IGNITION IS A LITTLE TRICKY YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE BUTTON TO TURN THE IGNITION I GUESS THIS WAS TOO TRICKY FOR THEM SSO BUSTING IT UP TO WEAR IT NO LONGER TURNS AT ALL WAS THE ANSWER? OR THIS WAS DONE OUT OF RETALIATION FOR HAVIUNG TO RETURN TO MOVE THE TRUCK OUT OF THE *****

  The Truck Shop did tow 2 trucks for ******* ************ on December 18, 2023. The driver put the trucks where he thought was the drop spot upon calling us we went and moved the trucks to the correct spot (if the window was broke and ignition was damaged due to us then we should have been notified at this time)  5 months later we receive a call that the window is broken out and the ignition is damaged. We take pictures before and after towing (I have attached them). The truck has sat unattended for 5 months in a high crime area anyone could have attempted to steal and or vandalize this vehicle. I will not be paying him $900. Our manager called him back and informed ****************** that we take photos before and after the tow and he hung up and refuses to return our calls. We towed this truck and have no reason to access the ignition.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  As stated, and as they knew at the time the/y were hired to tow these trucks i was working out of town In ***************** conducting a tree survey on a ********************************** from home for several months. As for the " high crime neighborhood" This location is on an exclusive dead end road with only 4 homes, all of which have been owned and resided in by the same families for decades. There is zero crime road, here and multiple guard dogs that ensure no one is sneaking around. I would ask that they state their sources when making outlandish claims like this.  They claim to have photos of the truck the day of service before and after each towing service/vandalization of private property. I am also requesting copies of these photos provided that they are indeed time stamped with location services turned on at the time the photos were taken as any responsible and reputable company would do. As this is a service we offer our customers that are out of town when we do their work. I inspected my trucks just prior to leaving. I am the one who locked the drivers door and made sure the passenger was unlocked and the keys placed inside of the vehicle for them to tow the truck. I also informed them, that the drive shaft was already pulled on this truck for them. To my knowledge after reading the response from said business there were no reparations for damages offered nor any suggested mitigation only more arguments. So no their response was not an attempt to make any efforts to resolve any issues. I am temporarily open to suggestions to resolve this matter. But the more arguments offered instead of sincere efforts to resolve the matter the more steadfast I am becoming in seeking full compensation for all damages and lost wages for myself and working with all other concerned parties to see that they're fully compensated for their troubles from this event as well. Including but not limited to the neighbors denied access to their homes due to this company illegally parking this vehicle in the road and leaving it. Blocking everyone from entering or leaving thei9r homes.

  I have provided photos, the vehicles are inoperable that is the reason they were towed. We have tried to contact you and you hung up and will not answer our calls.
