This company has been calling/emailing me/texting me nonstop for the past 5 years. I have repeatedly asked them to stop contacting me but nothing works.Business response

I applied for an online job the company was advertising. I did an interview and they offered me a position. They sent me a pdf check that was to be deposited into my account for the supplies needed for the job. It was not placed in my account and they requested that I send money via Zelle to them until the funds were available and then I reimburse myself when the funds became available. My bank account got flagged for a fraudulent check due to the check they provided me and was shut down for a week. Pending what the bank decides I could be charged legally and I currently have no legal record and I am employed at the local sheriffs department.Business response

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This electronic communication is an internet scam and not part of any approved Company processes or systems. Hackers are using the name of the Company and pirating job posting data to attempt to commit fraud against those that engage. Our Company only compensates our employees once they accept a job with us in writing, begin work at our client's locations and under their direct supervision, and submits approved timesheets. We then process all payroll via a live check or direct deposit as approved by our employees. We will report the matter but suggest in the future that if anything like this occurs, that we are contacted directly and immediately.Customer response

I was fired on Monday 11/15/2021 and the payday is every Friday so I would have gotten my last paycheck today on 11/19/2021 I spoke to my recruiter and she had said that the hr department just processed it today and that it would not be in my account until Tuesday of next week.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/02) */ We regret that Ms. ********** pay was delayed by 2 business days. With her termination, we faced the challenge of getting her time worked approved but were able to do so within 24 hours and immediately paid her. We informed her of the delay on 11/19, along with our apologies. Again, we are sorry for the delay and Ms. ******* has been compensated for all hours worked. We wish her the best.
