Hi this is ************* I am filing a complaint about RGIS inventory for withholding my W2 I've tried for months to figure out where my W2 was and I tried calling all there numbers listed on Google and not 1 of them work so I finally emailed Shauna Beninati who is the woman who hired me and she barley helped and didn't seem that interested about it and waited until today, April 18th the due date of my taxes to tell me to "call human resources and figure it out" so I did and they're saying that I didn't start until Dec 22, 2021 and didn't get paid until January 7th, 2022 but that's completely incorrect because I have a friend who was a coworker with me there her name is Noelle Garone and she got her W2 but didn't start until 2 weeks after I started (we worked at a Dillard's together on her 2nd day.) And she will vouche for me on this too and they said she got hired on the 15th and I have proof that I was actually hired on the 16th nor the 22nd and my first paycheck was supposed to have been given to me in December but they were over 2 weeks late on giving me my first check because they completely messed up my direct deposit information and shauna had to personally come deliver me a money network card because they messed up my direct deposit info so now I have to file my taxes late because of them and this is the 3rd time I have messed up something with me 2 times with my direct deposit and now with my W2 so I was hoping you guys would help give me an extension on my taxes and hopefully any late penalties will be charged to them be cause this is just wrong. I'm only 21 years old I'm tryna support my elderly mother and I and have been paying all the bills because she can't work and they keep denying her on her disability that she rightfully deserves so if you guys could please help me that would wonderful.
