DR JAYS CAME OUT TO ADDRESS MY TERMITE PROBLEM. HE DID THE JOB AND FINISHED IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THIS WAS JUNE 2021, I STARTED SEEING TERMITE DROPPINGS SOON AFTER THAT. ON APRIL 9,2022 I HAD A TERMITE SWARM AND MILLIONS OF TERMITES WERE ALL OVER MY FLOORS.

First off I have live active termites in my attic/roof with evidence of frass coming from a tiny hole in my ceiling. Deeply concerned and hoping to solve the problem without tenting I came upon this company Dr. Jay. Speaking with him he was very promising and came out within a week with his 3 crew team. I did speak with 3 other companies about the process. First they inspect the attic and look for evidence of tiny holes in ceiling with a flashlight and of coarse frass drippings. While here they drilled many holes and inserted treatment in all door jams. jay kept on telling me he has a tool that shoots 75 ft is what he plans on doing in the attic. I thought great but you must go into the attic to inspect the damage and saturated the infested area first then shoot the treatment into the attic. I ask him are you going to inspect the entire attic he said I do not need to this stuff will kill anything it comes in contact with. I hired him to inspect an treat all areas evidence of termites............Jay Did NOT inspect the attic....he stood at the opening of the attic and began shooting the treatment.I was unhappy with this and he was aware. He did say if they come back call me and we will come out. 5 weeks passed and again 3 ft from the original place there was frass once again.I was so worried about the steps he took. two gals came out within 5 days, which was comforting. They treated the area and I told the gal my concern about Jay not going in the attic and could you please go up. With hesitation but was nice about it went up. She did notice areas that were active, treated them. This should have been done the first time around. Within 10 days to my displeasure again frass falling on my couch on the inside ceiling. I contacted Jay I was upset and he said what do you want me to do come out now? I can come out in a week. I told him how the first time he should have inspected the attic. he did not like me questioning he expertise since he has been doing it for 44 years. This did not matter to me I did not like short cuts and solving my dreadful problem in my home. I did want him to come sooner, we had words about his professionalism. At this point he hung up on me. I was taken back by such dis respect for concerned customer. I ask for a refund. Via text....he said I will get my refund by the end of the day...5 days ago. He has not sent my refund. I can't deal with such a company who hangs up and mainly did not do a thorough job helping me with my problem.
