On Sunday August 15th I went to PolloTropical in Oldsmar, FL for dinner. It tends to take me a while to order so I prefer to order using the online ordering option, I was in the parking lot of the Oldsmar store but when I ordered the order was sent to Clearwater, FL instead of the Oldsmar store. I was very hungry so I checked the geolocation in the settings on PolloTropical's app and it was showing me on the correct location. I placed the order again and once again it was sent to the incorrect store. At this point I'd paid nearly $30 for food that was sent to a store several miles away. I decided to stop using this online order option and ordered from the store. I explained to the manager what happened and he acted as if he didn't care and said there's nothing he can do. At this point I had called the Gulf to Bay store 3 times and no one answered, I left several voicemails in an attempt to resolve but no one replied. I've contacted the corporate office, emailed them and messaged them.
