I purchased 2 dresses from Childhood Way Boutique on or about September 29, 2021, using my credit card in the amount of $149.80. The dresses were being ordered by the store. On or about October 21, 2021, the store owner ****** advised me that the order was ready to be picked up at her mother's house because she was out of town and there was no-one at the store. When I arrived at her mother's house, I noticed that the dresses were not the ones I had ordered. I called the ****** (store owner), to inform her that the order was wrong and I was not taking the dresses. ****** said she would call the warehouse to reorder the correct dresses and have them shipped to me overnight. On October 25, 2021, I sent ****** and text message asking for the status of the order and the tracking information. Again on October 26, 2021, I sent ****** another text message following up on the order. I called ****** that same day and cancelled the order because the dresses would not arrive on time. ****** said she would cancel the order and refund me the money. On October 30, 2021, I sent ****** a text message checking the status of the refund and she said the refund was processed and it would take 2-4 business days. On November 4, 2021, I followed up again with ****** regarding the status of the refund. ******** reply was, refund has been issued, she would send me a copy of the receipt and it would take 7 business days. I have filed 3 different disputes with my credit card company; however, ****** has said to the credit card company that I never returned the items even though I never took possession of the items. I have contacted ****** multiple times since January 26, 2022, to request a refund and an explanation of why she has refused to issue the refund. ****** said said she will contact her accountant and look into the status of the refund, but no action has been taken. ****** has requested by Zelle information, but again no action has been taken.
