            11/15/21 the check was given to this shop $5,817.63. The car has been in the shop since the day of the accident which happened on 10/19/21. The car supposed to be fixed in a week and half (59.1 hrs) 44 hrs body labor, 15.1 hrs pain labor. The car was never ready, I keep going there and the owner said he was short staff or COVID affected employees then the holidays so he sent me an email that car will be ready on 01/07/22 but that day again car was not ready so I called the police but this makes things worse because the owner ****** ***** said that due to that he was now not going to pay for the delay of the car because he agreed to pay for the rental. The car was ready on 01/12/22 and was not properly fixed I mention that to the owner and also I told him that my car had an scratch that was not there before he said he will not fixed anything else in the car and to sue him if I want cuz he has an attorney who will take care of it. I end up paying for rental $3,038.80 and insurance only reimburse $800

            THIS LOCATION IS STILL OPEN AND PERPETRATING. Save you and you insurance company some money by not hiring to this location!!!!!!!!! This company showed up to the sight of my accident and preyed on my emotional state. My accident was on December 19, 2022. When they showed up on the scene they told me it would take **** days to have my car fixed. 1.5 months later, I just got my car back TODAY and it has no gas, although it was full when they towed it. I sent them multiple texts/calls with no response. THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU!!!! When I got my car back, for the money they charged my insurance, the work WAS NOT done. The charge for the paint on my car was MORE than if they would've painted my WHOLE CAR!!!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! These people stole my car battery and gave me an off brand battery in my car. I have the receipt and warranty from the last battery I bought. I don't have any idea what else they stole from my car. And this came after my insurance company went out multiple times and sent multiple checks to this company. I have all the receipts. Please respond so I can post THE RECEIPTS!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could rate this company with the zero they deserve.
