My husband, *******************************************, placed an order (*****) with Vape City USA, on 6/25/24. The order did not ship so my husband reached out via email and was told that the order was not fulfilled due to lack of stock, He then requested a different flavor, and the order items were changed. Again, the order did not ship. My husband reached out again via email but did not receive a response so he then requested the order be cancelled and his money refunded. Someone named **** responded on 7/2/24 saying she had cancelled and refunded his money. Today is 7/25/24 and we have yet to receive any further correspondence or the refund. I have documented/saved all correspondence and will attach everything including a screen shot of our PBCU checking account showing the charges from Vape City USA, for the last few orders, including the Order from 6/25/24...but no credit, to date.Initial Complaint

1/26/24 - $212.07 I placed an order from this company and received my package with a missing item. I've been emailing and calling the company to resolve this issue and I've had no answer or response at all.Initial Complaint

I paid for 30 dollars of gas inside . I got to the pump it didnt turn on. I went back into the gas station he told me there was no 87 gas. He printed my receipt and never gave me a refund . He gave me a receipt for ************* for the chewing gum I purchased. The original purchase was $30.50 cent . I had to ask him for the original receipt. Coming here was a big inconvenience to my daily routine and funds being withdrawn from account. He kept telling me the money was never taken from my account.Business response

Ante todo. Mis disculpas por el inconveniente causado. Ante una profunda investigacin sobre lo ocurrido, teniendo en cuenta que las historias siempre tienen dos partes. En casos como estos y similares, le explicamos a los clientes q en el momento que se cancela la transaccin por cualquier motivo. Si dicha transaccin se realizo con debito o crdito, en ese instante el sistema disuelve el pago. No es cobrado, solo en su banco se marca la transaccin porque lgicamente se intento hacer. sea que no se hace refound como tiempo atrs en antiguos sistema, esto protege que nadie se pueda quedar con su dinero, en ocasiones el cliente insiste en que quiere su dinero al momento de vuelta y no entiende que simplemente no se cobra. Y si decae volver poner su combustible tiene que volver a poner su tarjeta, lo que en ocasiones trae confucionismo y el cliente no confa en esta explicacin. Y muchas veces nuestros cajeros son muy maltratados por customers. No creo que sea este el caso, eso espero. El cajero fue removido temporalmente hacia otro store con medida de horas disponibles. Espero que no suceda otra vez y que nuestros customers terminen satisfechos, porque *** es la funcin principal.

I am rejecting this response because:it was not an atm transaction it was fuel transaction. I paid for my fuel and there was no 87 fuel. The cashier kindly gave me 10$
Fuel I never received the other 20$ from my transaction
