Additionally, the charges for these unauthorized services were exorbitant and were not agreed upon beforehand. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty when dealing with matters concerning my property and finances.Furthermore, during my visit to your warehouse, I was subjected to verbal threats and intimidation by the owner. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in any business setting.
