Buyers beware! Big G Roofing advertises on Facebook and you can get a roof starting on $8,900.00 They come to your house and I knew my roof was big so they quoted $45,000.00 The old roof had already been removed by another company which was already another $60,000 and repaired everything. It only needed a new roof which we chose to go with Metal. Then then they needed another $20,000 was added to the contract alleging wood damage that had to be replaced. They agreed on financing $5,000.00 a month. While repairing the roof they tore my ceiling and never fixed it. Big hole about a foot long. You could see the sky from my stairway. Lots of rain that week. Had water stains throughout the upstairs, never addressed or fixed by the company. They parked one of their machines and overnight it slipped and hit my Suburban Chevy. Never fixed my car either. Since I complained they put a lien on my house. Because I expected these issues resolved and refused to pay until finished. Horrible Customer Service. Owner only cares about money. Very dissatisfied with the whole process. I hope no one goes through this nightmare! They need to finish my ceiling and fix my car properly! It’s not fair to have an attorney firm threaten me when the job was not completed to our satisfaction! I’m willing to pay once the job is completed like any other customer!

Buyer beware of Big G Roofing! Initially, they committed to replacing my roof within 3 days of signing the contract, which was a deciding factor for me. But after hiring them, they told me they could not start for over 3 weeks. Once they started, they left my roof uncovered during a rainstorm and caused electrical malfunctions and left a leak stain in my ceiling. They said they would come to fix the damage but they never did. And when I thought things could not get worse, they did. During the roof installation, they fully covered my clothes dryer vent. Unaware of this negligence, I struggled with persistent clothes dryer issues which cost me over $600 in technicians and workarounds. Finally, a drier repairman figured out that the problem was not with my drier or my drier ducts--it was because the roofer had totally covered my drier vent and in doing so had caused me a massive fire hazard and expense. I immediately reported the problem to Big G Roofing and they took over 3 weeks to address it. Since then, my requests for reimbursement of the $600+ in repair costs from their negligence have been ignored. Communication attempts with management and their owner, ****, have been totally ignored. I was told by an assistant that she was hoping someone would call me back, but nobody did. I called three times. No response. I even texted their salesperson ***** and he has ignored my outreach. Their negligence and failure to follow through with promises have compelled me to report them to the Better Business Bureau. And so you know, when you get told by their sales rep that their owner, ****, is a master contractor, know that **** will never step foot on your property. He only came to my house when I pointed this out to his team, after the work was completed and before I discovered they had covered my drier vent. My advice to you is to proceed with caution. They make big promises but under-deliver.

Big G Roofing did a great job on my roof. The project manager ***** was phenomenal, he was there through the whole process answering all my questions and any concerns I had. The working crew was fantastic, also answered any questions I had. High 5 to the ******* of the crew ******. Big G Roofing was missing a star ?? because I felt that the prices on there list were extremely high for the material needed after they removed the roof. Everything else was good ??.

An amazing company with great service and quality job. The sales team was excellent. When the team came out to do the job they were friendly, on time and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I have nothing but praise for Big G! Our flat rubber roof, which already had a roof deck, developed a leak. We hired Big G to complete the whole roof replacement after looking into a number of contractors who all agreed that a replacement was required. They offered the greatest rate, the best warranty, were the most knowledgeable, and could handle both jobs (which was hard to find). Moreover, the difference between their quoted and final prices was minimal. Outstanding customer service and incredibly professional services are highly recommended. The deck and new roof will be nice. Excellent work!

We got our roof replaced by this company, the owner was so professional, helpful and listened to our concerns. It did not take them long to replace the roof and the crew that came out where quick and cleaned up after the job. The owner called and checked on how we liked our roof and if we had any issues to give him a call. Thanks to this company!
