Good were never delivered. We were required to pay deposit upfront in October. Called office several times with no answer. When someone finally answers they state they will install next week.Initial Complaint

Signs All Signs did our sign for our business in 2020. They needed to complete the process with the ****************** and close out the permit. We pay them for the complete process. We have been calling this company for the past year to try to get this taking care of and nothing has been done. The City's inspector suggested I file a complaint with the BBB as well as a law suit. We are now forced to pay another company close to $2000 to finish what Signs All Signs did not do on top of violations fees.Business response

Hello we were resolving it and everything but we have to schedule thats all the job is completed and the permit was pulled just we had to pass inspections but ok we had to re-open the permit just we a re a small company so we have to do everything at once.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Vendor kept lying by saying he had submitted the permit to the city for inspection. Calling the city revealed that he had done none of that. We had a deadline from the association. If we didnt comply we were going to get a $500 a day violation fee.
We have tried to contact **************** for over 5 months (we have emails and texts to prove this) and he never did anything. We have now hired another company to finish what he was supposed to do and will be paying when its complete $2000 including permit fees.
We need Signs All Signs to reimburse this amount. If not we will take legal action.
