Dear BBB,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the company "Caryou" due to a significant payment delay following the successful sale of a vehicle through their consignment service. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received the payment owed to me for a period of three months.Here are the details of my complaint:**Complaint Details:**- Date of Incident: march ************** of Complaint: I left my car with Caryou for a consignment sale. The car was successfully sold may fifth, and according to our agreement, I am entitled to receive the proceeds from the sale. However, it has now been three months since the sale, and I have not received the payment as promised.**Previous Communication:**- I have made repeated attempts to communicate with Caryou regarding the payment delay. I have sent number of calls and have received we have no money as an answer.**Desired Resolution:**- I expect Caryou to promptly release the payment owed to me for the sale of my vehicle. This payment is overdue by three months, and I have taken all reasonable steps to address this matter directly with the company without success.**Supporting Documentation:**- I have copies of our consignment agreement, related to the sale and payment, and any other relevant documents.I believe that this delay in payment is both unjust and unreasonable.
