      I got a car from them in July that I put down **** for. The day after I rode off the car started acting funny like it wouldn't move. I took the car bk the dealer said it was spark plugs they said they fixed them then 3 days from that day the check engine light came on. I took it back. He told me the light came on by mistake if it came back on he would fix the part which was the thermostat. I told him I wanted my money back he then told me I would still have to pay off the loan for the car and couldn't get the **** I paid back. I was then told they will fix the thermostat. I waited while my new car I just got from them sat home so I was then told to buy the part myself it would go faster I got the part they told me I got the wrong part and I had to pay them for a part they went and brought so I paid for 2 parts that day. Now 3 weeks ****** my check engine light is back on and they telling me it's the same part but because the light was off when I drove off they won't fix the part or give me my money back or take the car back. So I'm stuck paying for a car for the next 4 years that doesn't work. So I want to report this car place. On top of other people being there having the same problem as me. They are selling broken cars and refusing to give you your money back before your 30 days is up. They are lying to you so you can pass your 30 days but I have proof that I took the car back and been asking for my money back 2 days from the day I got the car from them. Could someone please help me with this matter and tell me what can I do if I have car that broke down on me after the 2 day of getting it.

      Dear BBB,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the company "Caryou" due to a significant payment delay following the successful sale of a vehicle through their consignment service. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received the payment owed to me for a period of three months.Here are the details of my complaint:**Complaint Details:**- Date of Incident: march ************** of Complaint: I left my car with Caryou for a consignment sale. The car was successfully sold may fifth, and according to our agreement, I am entitled to receive the proceeds from the sale. However, it has now been three months since the sale, and I have not received the payment as promised.**Previous Communication:**- I have made repeated attempts to communicate with Caryou regarding the payment delay. I have sent number of calls and have received we have no money as an answer.**Desired Resolution:**- I expect Caryou to promptly release the payment owed to me for the sale of my vehicle. This payment is overdue by three months, and I have taken all reasonable steps to address this matter directly with the company without success.**Supporting Documentation:**- I have copies of our consignment agreement, related to the sale and payment, and any other relevant documents.I believe that this delay in payment is both unjust and unreasonable. I am hopeful that the BBB can facilitate a resolution to this issue and ensure that I receive the payment that I am rightfully owed.Please let me know if there is any additional information needed from my side to proceed with this complaint.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,
