I went to aspen dental in ***********, **, due to an abscessed tooth on my lower left, where a crown had come out. After x rays, I was informed that I needed 3 extractions, 2 on my lower right, 1 on my lower left, and a root canal on tooth #**, also on my lower left. I stated I wanted a partial to fill in the missing teeth, after the extractions, and was told by the dentist, that due to my slightly crooked bottom teeth, a permanent bridge would work better. Aspen dental wanted over $**00 for the root canal, so I called an area endodontist to check pricing, and was quoted $1350 for the root canal on tooth #**, so I had the root canal procedure done by the endodontist. I then had the 3 teeth extracted at aspen, which took 4 hours due to extensive cutting required, and was extremely painful. In my opinion, I should have been sent to an oral surgeon and the work should have been done under anesthesia. I had an appointment may 29th to have the bridge adhered. For some reason, a 5 tooth bridge was made to replace the 2 side by side teeth extracted on the lower right, which cost me $7500. And nothing was made to fill in the gap on the left side, where the tooth was extracted. Clearly, when I requested the partial to fill in all 3 teeth, and the dentist said a permanent bridge would work better, I assumed that a bridge would go from side to side, like a partial, but be permanent. The bridge was not explained. When I realized what she was doing, I was extremely upset and asked if it was her intention that I walk around with a huge gap in my mouth, she respond with " I'd like to request respect please". Why wasn't the process explained and why did it require a 5 tooth bridge to fill in 2 extracted side by side teeth. I am a senior citizen on ********, so the bridge was not covered at all. I am completely disappointed and disgusted with the money I paid and the treatment I received. Aspen dental takes terrible advantage of senior citizens.

Aspen dental, orange city, called me in on 9/16, to rectify the situation.  They pulled the tooth that had been knocked loose, and made me a top partial, all at no additional cost.  I am very pleased with how aspen dental handled the situation and appreciate all that they did.

I went to Aspen Dental in October 2023. I was interested in partials. I was pushed into paying for everything up front. The whole experience has been awful. I was degraded by a male dentist and the temporary partial has cut into my mouth after many, many adjustments. I cannot wear partials and I won't be able to come back for the permanent partial and the rest of my treatment. Aspen Dental promises a money back guarantee if not happy. I am not happy. I want a refund for the permanent partial only that I have not received. I need it credited back to my CareCredit card.

In October 31, 2022 I paid Aspen Dental in Orange City Florida the amount of $4058 which was payment in full for dental services. No insurance claim was filed. Aspen dental proceeded to file a claim with my insurance company *** ****. *** **** processed the insurance claim on April 4, 2023 and paid Aspen an additional $1534. Those monies belong to me of which Aspen is refusing to compensate me for those insurance funds. To top it off they have filed an additional claim with a different dentists name for the identical procedures from the original claim of which they were paid our money. I contacted our insurance company informing them of their deceptive business practices and filing multiple claims in an attempt to get assistance and I was told the claim is closed. I have made numerous attempts by phone and in person appealing to Aspen dental to pay us for my claim, to no avail. They claim they are experiencing problems with their insurance system and can’t help us. What they are doing is illegal in my book, filing multiple insurance claims in my name noting two different dentists names.

I went to Aspen dental in 2020 I was told by the Assistant manager that my part of the payment was going to be around 700.00 which I said are you sure this is correct after she checked my insurance.? I asked once again are you positive that it won't be more then 800.00 she assured me that was correct. I paid $579.00 on Sept 9/14/2020 then I paid another 135.00 toward the balance which was 75.00. The Partial did not fit correctly. So I did go back to get it fit properly. On Feb 5 2021 and paid my balance which was 75.00. Even after several call I spoke to the manager and he said the Assistant manager did not tell me that. He made me mad as if I lied to him. I called and talked to the assistant manager and she said she was going to take care of it. Then I get collections calls even after talking to the manager once again and he said that the collect calls were a mistake. This leads me to today I got a call from a collection agency stating I owe over 400.00 I have never had an issue like this my bills are always paid. I want this resolved
