My mother ******* **********has been buried in ******* ******* ******** in Deltona, Florida since April 2017. On December 7th, my aunts visited my mothers grave and were surprised to find that my mothers flowers and the ground mount display that we purchased for the flowers were missing. This is the second time that flowers and the ground mount display have been taken. The first time this happened my father and I went inside to the funeral home and spoke to the receptionist at the front and left my name and phone number to be contacted about this matter. In addition, I called and left messages and was never contacted.My aunt went into the office and explained that this happened again. She was told that there was nothing that could be done about the matter since it's a public cemetery and was told that we could purchase a vase from your company that cost $800. The response that was given was completely cold hearted . Even in public parks and libraries there are rules and regulations to follow against vandalism and robbery. What has happened twice already to my mothers grave her final resting place is disrespectful and is vandalism. There should be security or cameras that are monitoring the property. Thousands of dollars were spent to bury my mother at ******* ******* ******** and my mother cannot even rest in peace because someone is robbing from her grave. This is a place where my family, friends and myself that loved my mother can go and visit her and feel at peace and instead we are greeted with uncared for areas surrounding her grave and flowers/ ground mount being stolen. This is a total lack of respect for the deceased and the family of the deceased. Every time I try to call or visit in person to discuss what has happened. I am given the run around or told there is nothing that can be done. For a business that is supposed to deal with families in their time of need and be caring and sympathize with them instead it has been the opposite . We have received unprofessional service and are highly disappointed with how my mothers final resting place is being handled and cared for.Business response

I spoke to MRS. ***** I informed her that i am approving her vase and made sure all the men were also aware. I also spoke to her aunt here and she was grateful for my call and resolution.
