I signed a contract for siding on the back of the house on 4/16/21. I gave them a check for $2400.00 for a total of $4635.00 job. I called them at the end of June to find out when they would be doing the job and was told that it should be the second week of July. I called at the end of July and was told that the main installer didn't have a helping and that it would be a couple of weeks. I called at the end of August and was told that he had his helper back but they hadn't ordered the material yet and that they would call me when the material was in. I received a call from them 8/25 that they material was in and that they would be doing it the next week. I called them on Sept 8 and was told that the installed had a death in the family and that it would be Thursday or Friday. After complaining about the customer service I was told that this was a material problem the entire time and that they had ordered the material in June. This was the first time that I had heard this.Business response

On June 25,2021 had to report leaks to Senez Aluminum for newly installed Carport Roof, Shed Roof and Gutter. A work order was issued but never acted on! I have made many trips to the office with no results only excuses as to why the leaks could not be fixed! It now has been 9 weeks and counting and still no one has come to repair the leaks.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/26) */ 1. 1/20/21 - Installed approximately 2 squares of vinyl siding and wrapped 4 window trims. 2. 2/4/21 - Removed and replaced carport and shed, 3" pan roof, new gutters and 4 new downspouts on existing gutters. 3. 3/9/21 - Tom(our foreman for 32 years) checked all screw and joints, sealed as needed, if any. 4. 4-22-21 - Tom went back, gutters were full of leaves, he cleaned out at no charge. 5. 5-11-21 Customer said she has leaks. Tom went out and couldn't see any leaks. 6. 7-11-21 customer called, gutter over flowing. Tom went out and told customer she needed to clean gutters (not a warranty issue) 7. 8-24-21 Ed *****, the owner of the company went to home and took pictures of gutters that were full of leaves(pictures attached) screws were sealed, flashing correct over carport & shed. Ed spoke to her neighbor and he said he told the customer it is her job as the homeowner to keep gutters clean. Please find attached pictures of gutter/leaves. Oak trees over home carport & shed side! This is something the customer has to maintain at least 3-4 times per year. Gutter cleaning is not part of our warranty. My gutter was cleaned On Sept. 1, 2021 (yesterday). On Sept. 2, 2021 at 8:23 pm there was a hard rain and now the seam of the gutter is leaking and needs to sealed once again! Cleaning the gutter did not correct the gutter problem, as it still leaks! Gutter needs to be resealed will a stronger sealant! This keeps being dragged out The solution is not hard put a sealant on the area on the carport roof where it leaks, and the seam of the gutter. It also is leaking above the gutter where the gutter is attached to. As I have said the area where it leaks from the carport roof is marked on the carport floor and the gutter is leaking at the seam, which is easy to find. June 25, 2021 until Aug. 21, 2021 is the time period I have been dealing with this! Its time for this to be over with. The gutter and carport roof have leaked ever since it was installed. ***** has refused to fix the leaks and keeps giving me the run around! (Since June 25, 2021).They installed the gutter and carport roof and are responsible for their work. The gutter did not leak on that one day but is now due to the hard rain we have been having, also the carport roof continues to leak, I have the leaks marked on my carport floor. When he went out last time, everything was sealed correctly and nothing was leaking. When does this end after showing proof there were no leaks? Leaks just don't stop and start leaking again. I repeat when the gutter was checked, it was checked by a picture on a day when it was not raining! I have been told before that they would come out when it was raining and no one came! This has been happening over and over! It is the seam where the carport roof is joined to the main roof. This is exactly what is happening, it dries up, then when a hard rain comes it causes the carport roof and gutter to leak again. The gutter leaks at the seam and an area just above the gutter where there are spaces. This needs to be done before the leaks come again. Its the same area the keeps leaking. The solution is very simple reseal the carport roof and gutter at the seam and the other areas above the gutter that are leaking. I have previous mentioned to Tom about the other spaces above the gutter and he said they were ok, not so! The gutter was a waterfall so there is a problem. No more waiting it needs to be done now so it can be tested out when it does rain, not the other way around. The pictures prove that there are leaks and this is what is happening. It is what it is! I remind you June 25, 2021 until Oct. 2 and counting when will it end! This is the second time ***** took a picture when there was not a hard rain, So of course there were not any leaks. I was here when the picture was taken and saw the red truck, it was a very short period of time spent. The areas that I had marked on the carport floor were not inspected and the gutter was not inspected. If this was done you would have seen the actual spots where the leaks are and continue to leak. Another excuse not to reseal my leaks. Pictures were sent that show where the leaks are. Solution, reseal the leaks and be finished with the job. If this had been taken care of when I first reported this on June 25, 2021, it would not still be going on. It does exist or I would not have reported this! Very bad customer service and not a way to do business!
