  08/16/2023 i went to see *** **** *** *****. He did evaluation and suggested Homeopathic medicine to kill virus. He didn't know for sure what kind of virus i have just offered homeopathic medicine ****** Lymph Drainage 2 fl oz for $295. Office visit was $295 also. This exactly medicine online selling for $33. This is a fraud and I want my money back. People need to be warned about this so called ***

  I am writing in response to **** ********** complaint about the homeopathic medicine treatment she received on 8/16/23.

  **** ******** made an appointment as a new patient on 8/16/23. She was notified the cost of the initial office visit was $295 for over 60 minutes ( ***** ). 

  The ****** ***** ******** 2fl oz is the base to custom made homeopathic medication to suite patient’s specific health needs. We sell the base, the ****** ***** ******** 2ft oz is $27. *** ***** explained it to her and let her choose what kind of base she preferred. That is what she choose. Also she agreed  with the price $295 for the homeopathic medicine which *** ***** was going to custom made for her with *** *****’s specialty formula. After customizing the medicine there was a new label on that bottle.  *** ***** spent over 80 minutes with **** ******** to help her during the office visit. We are holistic health care. This formula is designed specifically for patients who have chronic conditions. Lots of our patients have been received the benefit from this treatment specially during the COVID. 

  The homeopathic medication that was prescribed to patients is customized to suite their specific health needs. This tailored approach ensures that she receive the most effective treatment possible. However, the specific formula medication contains over 14 remedies and compounding processes, which can contribute to a higher price point compared to over-the-counter medications.

  Regarding the issue of refundability, it is important to note that custom-made medications including homeopathic remedies are typically non-refundable due to their personalized nature. This is a common practice in the health care industry. 

  We explained it to **** ******* twice, first one was in the treatment room during the visit, she agreed, felt and received the benefit from the medicine *** ***** customized for her. Second time she texted and questioned about the medicine, I explained it to her that’s the base she chose and *** ***** custom made the formula for her. 

  That is what happened about this issue. Please let me know if you need more information.

  I completely disagree with that company response.  They used homeopathic medecine Lymphatic drainage and like they stated added unknown substance. I can't see it be legal use brand name company as ****** and take part of that medecine out and add their own mix of something else.  I didn't know what I was agreed.  Doctor simply offered homeopathic medecine or hurbal medecine.  He said homeopathic medecine would work faster, so I choose homeopathic.  This medecine made me extremely sick, I had all kind of side effects reaction. I had severe constipation,  brake up on my skin, nausea,  sickness, dizziness.  I refuse accept their explanation and refuse refuse my money. I suffered.  I got blood work done after one week on taking that medecine and I had kidney problems,  so I needed spend more money pay for ultrasound too. I requested you check that company and see how they operate.  This is totally scam what they do. First of all they told me on a phone that First meeting with doctors would be 250, but they charged me 299. Medecine bottle only has small sticker with my name and cronic virus name without any information about what they put inside and possible side effects.  This not truthful company. I want full refund. **** ********

  I want to address your request for a full refund which includes not only the coast of the custom-made medicine but also the doctor’s office visit fee.

  1. Custom-Made Medicine: The medicine you received was prepared specifically to address your individual health needs based on the information provided during your initial visit. You can request to have the list of the remedies in your formula. Homeopathic medicine needs base to make it. Herbal medicine is compound formula which is powder form. We use the bottle from different manufacturers just show patients that what they choose for the base or we will use our own brown bottle packing for saline water base or other bases. That is how homeopathic medicine practice original in Europe. Also we use homeopathic remedies for acupuncture point injection. *** ***** has practice license for that. As mentioned previously custom-made medications are typically non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

  2. Doctor’s Office Visit:  Our office visit charge for new patients is $255 for 45 minutes and $295 for over 60 minutes. We informed all new patients before they tried to make an appointment. Your visit with *** ***** which lasted almost 80 minutes, involved a comprehensive evaluation, consultation and development of a personalized treatment plan. The doctor’s time and expertise are valuable and the office visit fee reflects the services provided during your appointment. Your signed consent for treatment also acknowledges your agreement to these terms.

  3. Timing of side effects: You reported experiencing severe side effects after one week of taking the medicine. Homeopathic medicine is most safe medicine. It is crucial to consider that side effects from medications, including homeopathic ones, may not manifest immediately and can occur days or even weeks after starting a new treatment. 

  We understand that you have expressed concerns about the side effects you experienced from the medication, and we genuinely care about your well-being. To address this *** ***** called and offered a free follow-up visit to access and manage any side effects you were encountering. However, we regret to learn that you did not take advantage of this offer, which could have provided valuable insights into your condition.

  In light of personalized nature of the homeopathic medicine and the doctor’s extensive time spent on your evaluation and care, we are unable to fulfill your request for a full refund.

  I am rejecting this response because: it us not true info, it is toxic medecine he gave me abd it made me very sick. It elected my kidney. Time I spent in his office was partially correct,  I was left in a room by myself sitting and waiting fir a very long time about 15-20 min. I strongly disagree with his explanation. I request my money back.
