If this was ever a legitimate company, it doesn't appear to be now.Ordered "advanced" filter at $19.50/month. Was supposed to be rated MERV 13, but the filter that was sent was clearly marked MERV 10 on the side. That is a lower rating than their medium-level "premium" filter which claims to be MERV 11. I was never informed that a lower-quality filter was sent, nor was I refunded for the difference in filter prices.I received no response from emails info@simple... or [email protected] to call the phone numbers listed in their emails or on their website would not connect me to a human.904-XXX-8880 is disconnected 352-XXX-0114 is a recording that says the call could not be completed 866-XXX-8473 makes you listen to 11 different advertisements for lower prescription costs, auto insurance quotes, ********** homeowner's insurance, lawn care services, etc., only to tell you to call 800-XXX-6600, which, unsurprisingly takes you to another automated system of more ads.If this wasn't a sketchy company, you should actually be able to reach someone. Their advertised 100% satisfaction is meaningless without valid contact information.
