      I purchased a vest waist trainer. The waist trainer I received is not the one that’s advertised. The vest I received fits like it belong to a toddler. I reached out to the business and was talked to like complete trash. She was stating she doesn’t have to help me but had no problem taking my money. This needs to be addressed so no one else is scammed by this business. I was completely taken advantage of. I followed the proper measurements and guidelines according to her website. She clearly knows she selling bad products because she block you from posting your honest review if it’s a bad one. I would like to receive a refund I don’t have money to just throw away for someone else’s greed.

      My name is ********* ***** and I am the CEO of Fashion Dollz Boutique, First and foremost I appreciate and Value all my customer support, concerns or issues they may have in regards to my business, On July 9th we received a order from the customer reporting this issue and we shipped her the product in question on July 10th the next day, I included a picture of the product in question as well as our policy and a FULL detail and copy of our conversation with the customer, Our policy provides all customers 7 business days to return any product that they may not be satisfied with for a exchange of credit, The Customer did not reach out to us within those days to state that she was unhappy with the product because it was too small, these are waist trainers and they fit like a glove and provides great compression, sometimes the measurement may say you need a large or X-large for her instance but because you may have wide shoulder you may need to size up for a bigger size, it doesn't matter if you had lipo or not its the material is high compression so you may have to size up. The customer never reached out until we sent her a email for her feedback on July 24th and that's when she responded with her feedback. She never once reached out prior to ask for a exchange. At this point she's 12 days past her delivery time and 5 days past our return policy. 

      When we received her response we immediately responded to her email and asked her how can we solve her issue, even though it was past our policy exchange date, she responded ranting and speaking very negatively about our business and products, at NO time did we respond to the customer negatively or unprofessional. ( I included a copy of the entire conversation for you) we kept is professional and asked her to do the same and she still continued to email and still didn't state how we can help herm but stating how she felt about the situation as we totally understand she's upset but we still wanted to help her even after the exchange timeframe. Then she proceeded to state that she will reach out to BBB and that was the end of the conversation because we are not going to be confrontational with our customers. 

      We would still be be willing to exchange the trainer for a bigger size as that's what she needs or a credit for something else, but we do not refund its in our policy and she agreed to our policy before purchasing.

      It’s been nothing but **** with this lady. I reached out and this is her response. She’s a scam artist
