***** convinced me to sign AOB with HIS attorneys. Met with attorney over HIS iPad. Found out laterattorney I met with was disbarred in 2019 and ***** was related to a woman working at attorneys office. He replaced my roof a year later in the rain causing more damage to home. When I requested a fix before final payment, they bullied and threatened me. As of today, 3 yrs later, they have not fixed or reimbursed any damage they have caused or any internal repairs.

-We have never had a ***** that works here -WE don't have an attorney, SHE signed up with an attorney -When we replaced her roof (May 2022) there were 3 spots that had small, minor leaks in those areas while we were waiting for material to be delivered. She sent us photos - 2 of the 3 leaks were in areas she already had leaks (so no "extra" work to be done there, it already needed to be painted from damage prior to us ever being on site). Only one place (a hallway) was a "new" area.-We told her we'd fix it when we did the interior work she already needed done before we were ever on site (including a hole in her ceiling with insulation and drywall falling down, and several other brown stains on her ceilings in various rooms that predated the new spot in the hallway). She was OK with that. She was evidently still working with her attorney to get that part figured out, and wasn't ready for us to start interior work yet. -She texted us to tell us her new roof was "absolutely beautiful!!" and she "loved it!"-She stopped returning our phone calls and texts when we were trying to get final payment for the roof work that was 100% complete, and she thought was so "beautiful" and "loved"-We finally spoke with her after almost 5 months and she told us she was having her dad fix all the interior work she was needing done (we let her out of that portion of her contract with no fees)-It took us 6 1/2 months after completing the roof work to finally get paid for the roof (including putting a lien on her home)-She has never reached out to our company again - until this review.
