              ***** placed a bulkhead barrier to prevent erosion. I ended up paying almost $1,500 more than the original quote. The bank has significant gaps between the cement bags they placed putting me at risk of lawsuits because we get frequent kids walking around the bank to fish and they could fall in the gaps that they didnt fill. They did not put enough cement bags down and tried to fill it in with dirt that would naturally wash away. I reached out to ***** several times before she reached back out to me. She said she would come out and fix the issue but never did and I have made 4 other attempts to reach her and *** received only one response that she had employee issues and the heat was a problem. *** tried since then to get her to come out and I feel she is ducking me as she does not respond. I remain concerned about my liability due to her companys insufficient correction of my bank erosion. I wanted to settle this in a amicable manner it she wont respond to me and I could not live with myself Id someone got hurt on my property due to their insufficient correction of my bank erosion issues.

              This company has done a beautiful landscaping project for us with 3 separate areas. Although the pandemic has created worker shortages and supply issues, the work was pushed back a little. Our neighbors are loving the landscaping too!
