My spouse and I had a mechanic come to our house to fix our car, he diagnosed the problem and said the parts it needed were hard to find locally but he could source it in New York from a merchant he was familiar with. On ******** ** **** he called me three way with the merchant on the phone to make payment for the parts. A couple of weeks went by we didn't receive the parts, every time I contacted this mechanic he told me tomorrow he's coming, we eventually had to tow the car to a dealer to get it fixed. We googled The merchant (Atlantic Auto Investment LLC) that's shown on my credit card statement was said to be located in New York only to find out the location is in Orange Park Florida, Atlantic Auto Investment LLC assisted the mechanic They both scammed us out of our money, up to date we haven't seen or heard from the mechanic yet alone received parts,Atlantic Auto investment llc sells used cars not car parts.Business response

****** has not worked for my company in over a year. This complaint is not for me. I refer customers to ****** but I do not condone his work or work ethic. He is not employed nor is he a sub contractor of this company. If he used my credit card machine without my knowledge I will have a discussion with him. He does have access to my building when he is "only" working on my dealership cars as mechanic from another company that he is employed with. He is his own entity and only services my carsBusiness response

I have no transaction from this customer. I have no clue who they are. As I stated in my last response ****** does have access to my building and works on my dealer cars but I do not service public cars. He works for *** ***** Has been for a full year. I am rejecting this response because business owner is denying knowlege of transaction,she doesn't know us we dont know her either or wishes to, my girlfriend send payment to her cashapp account for the mechanic ( the first time he l****d at the car) in late October.BBB please to tell THIS woman to stop sending us harassing text messages

I did contact this lady via text message because "again" I had no clue who she was. She obviously did send **** for paypal but this was for a diagnostic she received and is irrelevant to the complaint of ******** I deal with ALOT of customers and I Have "NEVER EVER" met this woman. As you can see in MY PDF BANK STATEMENTS there is no transaction for ******** I don't care what screen shot she provided. I provided a pdf format of my bank account. That's legal showing "no transaction". I do not know these people. Only ****** dealt with these people and he again is not employed by Atlantic Auto.Customer response

I am rejecting this response bbecause i summit my bank statement from Radifi that reflects the transaction with Atlantic Auto with your information on it, I send to you Cashapp not PAYPAL,to the said ****** you claim stop working there a year ago.Its clear we are getting nowhere because you keep dening the fact that you and ****** stole our money i can tell you am going to reach out to every agency/office in florida untill we get our money back.A thief will always be a thief and thats what you are b....

My bank statements reflect something totally different from you. You are sending in screenshots as I am emailing in a pdf format directly from the bank. I am "NOT" going to keep going back and forth with you. ****** was my long term boyfriend. He at the time did not have "CASH APP" so he did use mine for your diagnostic. That's the only transaction I've had. He has clearly said that he ordered your part and you "NEVER" came back to get the work done. He is willing to re-imburse you but he said you will not meet him. You have his number so please LEAVE ME ALONE! Do you think I can about these agencies? I have proof from my bank records. Call him for your re-imbursement!! ************Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I submitted my bank statement along with screen shots of the transaction but you keep mentioning the screenshots but not the bank statement with your business name on it,why?did you not see it?.Well your bank statement says something different i guess your saying i made mine?Am SURE you SCRUB yours!!!!.I didnt know we went to ****** to begin with let alone to go back.meet up!!! reimbursement!!!.Yes you do care about agencies or else you wouldn't be sleeping,drinking,eating,sniffing and writing lies,At least your now admitting that ****** did received money for parts and the truth will eventually come out that it was collected through Atlantic Auto Investment.

Purchased used vehicle on 12/17/2023, amount: $10,385. Less than 2 weeks later, on 1/06/2023 discover leaking power steering line. Initially informed would only need to replace power steering line. Then Informed would need to replace entire rack and pinion ($700 part). Rebuilt title was not disclosed in Facebook Ad, mechanical issue not disclosed prior to sale, proper registration never received. Vehicle returned on 1/12/2023 with official request for full refund of purchase price due to intent to defraud. Business owner refusing to refund after sale of vehicle with know mechanical issues.
