Recently bought a 2007 Volvo S60R with a little over 149k miles, was told that all if needed was a cooler because the transmission fluid over heats and thins out. Also had an agreement that when purchasing the dealer was going to provide a new anti-skid sensor that I had the dealer actually put one in and he said it didn’t work and that he had to get another one from the junkyard so that was wrong in the first place because we discussed him putting a “new” one in and weather strips. I purchased the car for 5k and it’s been a month and a half and now the transmission is slipping, the cooler that I had put in didn’t solve the issues and the dealer and I discussed if it did not solve the problem then I could come back and be refunded. Fast forward to now and I have requested to return the car and he refuses to take it and refund. He has yet to put a new skid sensor and as well providing the strips We had also discussed the $400 that I had given for the tag and he states he would pay me back for whatever was left over which he did not. There was also an O2 sensor needed for the car that was not stated when purchasing as well

***** ******* Purchased a Used Car for $4000 from Us on 8-30-21. The car was purchased "AS-IS" with no warranty expressed, Customer was aware of possible transmission issues prior to purchase. He has added aftermarket parts and replaced the fluids in the transmission since purchase. Now 2 months after purchase he has broken the transmission and feels like the should just be able to return the car. I have attached our initial conversation that was left out of his uploads of our text messages as well as his signed "AS-IS " Paperwork. He stated that I owe $200 for his tag, I have attached the DMV receipt showing payment of $366.35 and 77.75 for a total of $444.10, He was charged $400 so he actually owes $44.10.
